cramp in knee???!

ARGH!! I am in so much pain! I'm experiencing cramp type pain in my left knee - inside - does that make sense? Has anyone had this before or know what I'm talking about? Know ways to make it stop? OUCH!

Ow, that sounds painful. i've only ever had cramps in my calfs though.

have you tried some stretching? maybe try kneeling on the floor and then lying back, so that your feet are next to your hips and you sholders are flat on the floor. its supposed to be really good for releasing fluid around the knee area. Just bend the knee that hurts if you cant manage both.

I had cramps with my first pregnancy and from what I read it's caused from a build up of some chemical (can't remember the name).

I have sore knees at the moment too, and i did last pregnancy... and sadly nothing i did except giving birth got rid of it. :D

I think it is fluid retention related. Build up of fluid in the knees. :banghead: It comes and goes too, some days you will be fine others it hurts to bend them.

Sorry i don't have a solution, i will watch this space tho incase anyone has an answer. :yes:

aqua - I wouldn't be surprised if it was just fluid. I have stupid knees at the best of times. sometimes it's just SO painful though!
