Hi ya. Im michelle. Just new to this site and saw your post about undercover wear. I started 2yrs ago when I was 7months preggie with my 2nd child. Its really easy for the first few months as you call on ALL your family and friends to host a party and then once they ran out I found it mega hard to get anyone I didnt know to host a party!! Im not pushy and you need to be, and persistant. If its money your after try Fifth Avenue Collection Fashion Jewellery as they pay the most commission 50% which is the most ive found, and I research for months and months. I had to quit just before I was to sign up two girls!! Their start up kit is from $600 - $8000. I got the one for $1800 and it was great. Its eaiser than the clothes as you can take it with you to the coffee shop and not take up too much room as you get a really nice desplay case. Im now buying all my own stuff off ebay and selling it myself!! If you want any more info just reply. Good luck.

Hi there i am also (kinda) an Undercoverwear consultant. I joined over a year ago, and as TwoSweetPeas said once you run outta family you get kinda stuck.
But in saying that, i live in a small country town so not too many ppl want to buy clothes from party plan. My SIL's sister sells it in Sydney and is making heaps. She started 8 months ago and already has two girls under her. Its great, even if it is just for the 1/2 garments!!!
You obviously know that the garments can sell themselves. Most people know what they want.
Goodluck with what ever choice you make.

I was a consultant back in mid 90's and made a fairly decent wage from 3/4 parties a week.

I never went the family and friends route but rather asked random people at supermarkets and hairdressers etc. I always carried catalogues and cards with me. The worst that can happen is they say no when you ask but occupation would often pop up in convo's so onbe didn't have to appear pushy but just be friendly and enthusiastic.

Incentives to obtain more bookings at each party were necessary but even a box of choccies or slight discount can often be enough. The company always had good incentives for hostess to look for bookings but they are the backbone of your business so make them high priority and plan rather then crossing fingers and hoping.

I always made sure my parties were fun with lotsa interactive games rather then focus on selling, the clothes really sold themselves and get women in a good mood and they spend up big.
Not sure on payment policy now but I always insisted on a least a 20% deposit and preferred payment on the night so no dissappointment for hostess.

I've done quite a few partyplan things over past two decades and have lotsa ideas so Pm me if you wish.

Partyplan with goods that need replacing regularly like cosmetics or have seasonal changes like clothes, and within reasonable price range.
To sell successfully you need to beleive in,use and absolutely love your own products, customers will pick up if you don't and the sales just won't happen.

Best of luck:thumbsup:

Hi...the 50% Commission is fabulous in fifthavenuecollection...l have to agree....l have been a fac jewellery for 12mths and absolutely love it..have actually just signed a jewelller in fnq....
Would love to chat to you further about it..if it is pp that you are looking at..really the jewellery sells itself...and sales leaders make from $1000-10000+ in bonus cheques plus their monthly sales....

It is a fabulous career opportunity and the start up kit pays for itself with in the first few shows...\
PM if you would like to talk further....
Good luck...cheers..Lizzie2
