hi danni,

you can try washing her eyes with warm, boiled water using a piece of cotton. start on the outside corner of the eye and move downwards. this what i used to do with dd when eyelash gets into her eyes.

with the nails, im using clippers to ayisha and do it while shes asleep. but if your not into clippers, you can use nail pile. its also nice and easy.

hope this help.:)

Hi dannii,

I have to keep cutting my dd's nails as they grown so quickly and she scratches her face. I was given a baby's nail kit and instead of the clippers i use the little scissors, I mainly cut them when im feeding bub or she has fallen asleep other wise she wriggles around.

I would leave her eyes alone. The eyelashes will come out when she cries or when she sleeps.
As for cutting her nails. You could get somebody else to do it when you are feeding her or I put DS under the musical mobile and hold one of his fingers between 2 of my fingers and use tiny baby nail clippers.

When DS gets eyelashes in his eyes i just leave them. they dont seem to bother him so i dont usually worry. With his fingernails i chew them off when he's being a little less wriggly. He's 6 months so constantly on the go. If he's too difficult then i just wait til hes asleep.
