That AIO sounds marvellous - organic, good for sensitive skin, etc etc. For that price I am extremely impressed!! And the other one looks great too!
Mind you, I'm still a clothie-in-waiting so far, so hopefully someone a bit more experienced (LUCYE WHERE ARE YOU :D ) will be able to give you some helpful feedback.
BTW I just won this one , don't you just love eBay!!!!

I'm so jealous :crying: I fell in love with that nappy when i saw it, but its too small for MJ. I wish she could make a bigger one in the same material

I just saw this thread. I bought some cloth nappies on ebay the other day 6 for $42.00. They are fitted ( plain white) and fit up to 18months. I have up until this point used disposibles.
When I told some friends, I got the " its just as cheap to use disposables". I was quite surprised. I happen to think using cloth is way cheaper, better for the environment and must feel a lot nicer on the bum.
I figured I am home most days all day, why the hell cant I wash a few nappies.
Just really disappointed in the reaction and needed to vent. each to there own, are they just trying to make them selves feel better do you think?

My mothers group is exactly the same. I've got 2 that are coming around :yelclap: IT IS CHEAPER, maybe not to start with but even after a week you notice the extra cash.
Whats a couple of extra things to fold/wash? NOTHING
I mainly use flats, just getting into the fancy stuff.

Hehehehe :devil6:  which ones were those?
And Tracy, I understand people saying "oh but it's cheaper to use disposables" yeah, if you look at it like, $40 for a huge box of sposies vs $40 for one good quality clothie and cover. But I have done my homework, and I've worked out that if you buy sposies in bulk, at around 35c per nappy, that still works out to approx. $1000 per year !!! Multiply that by 2 or 3 years depending on when bubs gets out of nappies..... And multiply that by how many children you're having..... Plus wipes, plus nappy sacks.....
I have an order pending for a bulk pack of Tots Bots (nappies to fit from NB - 19kgs, covers and night covers) and the cost for the whole thing is around $650 (which is why I'm stocking up on eBay purchases too.... I'm going to have to wait until I get the baby bonus to get my Tots Bots) And with dry pailing there's no napisan to buy, and like you both have said, what's a few more things to wash and fold?? I wash at least one load of washing every single day, so I can't see it as being any extra work.
