EBM for 12 months +.

I would like to wean DS ar 12 months and onto a cup, but i'd still like to express the milk for him.
Has anyone done this?
How do i go giving it to him, as i noticed when i put EBM in the fridge it seperates ie cream on the top.
Would i have to warm ut?

A few gentle shakes (I tend to 'swirl' rather than shake) will mix the cream back in, then you could either give it cold or warmed up, whichever your LO prefers.

You can either swirl or shake to get the cream mixed back through evenly. I also give EBM to my bub since he self-weaned at 9 months.
