This recipe is from the Nestle website. They are the yummiest cookies...
Chocolate chip cookies
180g butter, softened
1/3 cup sugar
½ cup sweetened condensed milk
1 ½ cups self-raising flour
250g packet dark choc bits
½ cup white choc bits
Preheat oven to 180°.
Beat butter and sugar until creamy. Beat in sweetened condensed milk. Add flour, stir until combined.
Add choc bits, mix well.
Roll heaped teaspoonfuls of mixture into small balls. Place on greased trays, press gently with fork.
Bake for 15 minutes until golden.

I used the recipe for Double Choc Chip Biscuits on the back of the Cadbury Dark Chocolate Bits and they were DELICIOUS. So all you have to do is buy a packet and get the other ingredients they list. They aren't exactly low fat (I don't think Weight Watchers would endorse them), but they're SOOO yummy. I made them when I hosted mothers group and the other girls loved them, all asked for the recipe.

CHOCOLATE TWO-TIMES
Ingredients:
1/2 cup plain flour
120g dark chocolate
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 Tbs unsalted butter
2 Tbs white sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1/8 tsp baking soda
1 large egg
Sprinkle of salt
1/4 cup chocolate chips
Method:
* Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Line a baking tray with baking paper
* In a bowl mix the flour, brown & white sugars, baking soda & salt. Set aside (it's important to pre-measure ingredients and have them ready to add to the melted chocolate before it cools.
* Melt the chocolate and the butter in a bowl or in a 1 litre glass bowl at 50% power in the microwave (stirring at regular intervals)
* Use a heatproof baking spatula to stir the vanilla into the melted chocolate. Gradually stir in the flour mixture. Add the egg and mix well. Stir in the chocolate chips
* Use a lightly greased tablespoon to scoop the dough and drop into mounds on the lined baking tray. Make about 12 mounds and space 5cm apart to allow for spreading
* Bake about 14 minutes or until the edges are firm but the middle is still a little soft. Cool until lukewarm before removing from baking tray
MAKES ABOUT 12 (which is never enough so do a double batch!! :D)
My DH's recipe that I've only ever shared with my Hobart bubhub girls! :D
Don't over bake them and try one a couple of mins out of the oven - still warm and all fudgy in the middle!
