Just had to tell you...

On Saturday, I ordered from Baby Delight. I got 2 x Bubblebubs for $23 :smiliedance: and some PUL, velcro, suedecloth, and swimwear elastic to try and make my very first pocket! Anyway, Sunday I got an email confirming the order. Then that evening, I had a phonecall from them saying that the inner colour of one of the bubblebubs was white, not green, and was that ok? Also, she said they normally send a free gift too, a sample of MCN nappy cream, but they had run out. She said she still wanted to enclose something for me, so would an iron-on transfer be ok? How nice is that? Not only that, but it was posted first thing Monday morning!! What wonderful service!! I had ordered a nappy from somewhere else, which when it arrived came with a different inner colour. I didn't mind if they had run out of that stock, but to not tell you is a bit rude. Especially if you wanted to return it, you would have to pay for extra postage  .

Anyway, Baby Delight gets the big  from me! :D

I would have contacted the seller to let them know that although you are happy with what you received you were sent a different nappy to the one you originally ordered. You'd be surprised how much sellers appreciate any sort of feedback (bad or good) even if it were an honest mistake by them, and you would also find that if it is a mistake by them they refund you what it costs for you to return the nappy back to them. :)

Always nice to get good service.

it's a shame that its something that surprises us these days instead of it being standard.

I agree with Little_Toad that its a shame we are surprised by good service these days.
