HI to anyone who is reading this, and i hope you can help me!
my DD is 15weeks old and about 3-4 weeks ago we took her snuggled bed out of her cot as she was way to big for it (touching both ends) and ever since she has been a pretty bad sleeper hence i have had hardly any sleep so am at my wits end.

I brought her one of those sleep support things so that she has something on either side of her so she can't roll over but is still waking up all night pretty much every hour.

When she was in the snuggle bed she only woke up twice a night then was up at about 6.30am now she wakes every hour and is up at 5!!!!!

Any help or suggestions much appreciated

What size is your snuggle bed? I have a different brand from babyhood and my DD was able to sleep in hers until she was almost 7 months old.

DD was a little upsettled for the first few nights,I don't think she knew what to do with all this new found space to roll around in.

I Just tucked her in tight and didnt give in and let her sleep back in the snuggle bed, she now plays in it on the floor.

Hope she settles down for you.:hugs:

You could try wrapping her tightly. Maybe she liked the secure feeling of the snuggle bed?

I put a blanket folded in half underneath mine so it was a bit cushier and they slept really well then. Hope you get a better nights sleep soon.

I think when DS started to get too big for his snugglebed (around 7 or 8 months) we took the cover off it and untied 2 corners and just put a sheet over it instead of the cover. This meant that he still was still technically IN it but that there was a bit of room to move. The sides were a bit further away from him too by doing this so when we took it away completely it was like a gradual thing but we never had any issues with his sleeping being disrupted from it.

Other than that, I'd try wrapping her and see how you go with that.

Thanks for your message. Think i might give in and give her back the snuggle bed for a while, she wasn't way too big for it i just thought it was time to take her out but perhaps this no sleeping protest is asking for it back!
I will give it back to her for my own sanity and attack the issue again when she is older.
