I'm sure I saw a thread on here about the Cohen Dit, but alas I can't find it  .
Anyhoo. I'm not advertising the company, I'm not promoting it, I just want to know if anyone has tried it and what they thought of it. I've read their website and it sounds similar to the SureSlim plan - has anyone had experience with both?
I seem to be a diet plan junkie, lol (or should I say a diet plan 'sl*t' as I hop from diet to diet). They say to expect a loss of 7 - 15kg per month, that seems like a rather bold statement to make, but then again SureSlim say about the same (which didn't happen for me - I hated their eating plan).
If anyone has had experience with Cohen's can you tell me what sort of food they make you eat and what sort of cost is involved.
If anyone else has had excellent success with any other type of diet I'd be interested in hearing about that too. I'm going to Weight Watchers atm, but I'm straggling rather a long way behind the wagon since I fell off a week ago :crying:. I've also got some boxes of Optifast taking up space in my cupboard, but I seem to have trouble with the whole 'not eating' thing. I'm great at having the shakes, but then I eat too. I'm sure that's not the way to do it :o
