Corn Syrup

I've not seen corn syrup on the shelves here in Aus. Is it called something else? I'm wanting to add it to an icing recipe as I am told it makes the icing extra shiny.

Anyone know?

Coles, Woolies, IGA and health food shops stock it here. It's about $7 a bottle and sold here as Caro's Corn Syrup. I used it in a homemade infant formula when my son had eating issues and could get it easily enough. If you can find it in Canberra, you can usually find it in most other cities. Call your local shops and ask.

Your post gave me a good giggle because I'm a fellow canuck and I too have been on the hunt for corn syrup! So far, I haven't been able to find it anywhere.
