Hi girls
I've got a few bottles of EBM in the freezer and I need to use them before they 'expire'. Aspen is now 14 weeks and im wondering how many mils to give her?

I would offer 100 mls and see how it goes but it depends on what you want to achieve by giving the EBM like is it going to be a whole substitute feed or a top up or just to get through it or to sleep????? and what is his weight.
This is the formula that I use
Weight(grams) x 180(mls) = mls per feed.
6 or 8 Feeds

Thanks for your advice. I ended up finding a formula on another thread and used that (similar to yours). She ended up taking about 80mls which was a full feed but she'd had a feed 2 hours before.

Its the mls per kg that allow for hydration. If you were trying to increase weight you would times it by 200 or 220. It depends on what text you go by aswell.
