When??? Friday the 17th of March - 7:30pm..
WHERE??? the dinner is at AZAFRAN - here are the details of the restaurant
AZAFRAN
96 Ekibin Rd, Annerley, ph: 3892 1776
Chef Marc Bocquee and wife Sarah have established a welcoming culinary oasis in a former shopfront. The mains reveal a clever marriage of flavours, such as slow-roasted duck with chestnut mushrooms, savoy, curry leaves and puy lentils. With indoor seating for 45, plus a few more on the veranda, it’s best to book. Mains average: $25.
Dinner Tue-Sat, lunch Tue-Fri & Sun, breakfast Sun; BYO; V, G/F; major cards; aircon; wheelchair access; on-street parking.
we will have a resticted menu (to speed up the cooking process with the large population we are... check this sticky again in a few days for details...)

OK guys - update :)
here is the suggested menu for a $40 per head table... what do you think..
2 Course Set Menu - $40 per person
(includes Bread, Corkage and freshly brewed Tea/Coffee)

Confit Pork Belly rolled with Pistachio and White Raisins, smoked Sweet
Potato, Enoki Mushrooms and seared Queensland Scallops

I know $40 is a fair amount of money... but I can definately vouch for the quality of the food...
if there are any MAJOR issues - PM me - (I'm not sure what we will do with the weird non- meat eaters) ... otherwise I'll check for feedback in the march dinner thread... (NICE feedback :D)

Rosa - a sticky is a thread that stays at the top of a section of the forum so that it can easily be found. Consider your name added!
