new obsession

i sooooo wish i had thought about cloth nappies years ago - now that i have discovered them i am hooked. DH is not amused - he doesn't want to use them and hates the amount of time i am spending looking at sites like this and nappy supply shops.
I have just taken the first big step of buying some materials and am going to try and make something that will look like a nappy (can't really sew but going to try anyway) - getting jealous of looking at everyone else's beautiful nappies and only having my flats. Any way am rambling - just trying to convey my excitement - i am even having dreams about nappies (sad but true). maybe one day i'll be able to show one of my creations:)

I think we all dream about them to start with!! Then they become random dreams, but they NEVER go away!!!

I was previously addicted - then dried out :laughing: am addicted all over again. I have fallen in love with a whole new set of nappies that weren't around when I first started using mcn with DD1.

did you know that a few of us are going to go to nappy making classes in Brisbane?

where and when are these classes - would love that don't know if its poss probable too far and DH does not like to be left with 4 kids all alone - poor thing:confused: - but it won't hurt to know the details just in case - u never know your luck. it would also be good to meet some like minded people:wave:
