Can I use those microfibre cloths to stuff pockets with?!

Would I only use a microfibre cloth or would you team it with something else?

What else can you stuff pockets with? :o

You can stuff pockets with pretty much anything absorbent.
Terry flats, wash cloths, boosters, microfibre.

You'll need something wrapped around the microfibre as they are prone to leaking otherwise. They absorb the wee like a sponge, so when it's compressed the wee comes out!

I stuff my pockets with a microfibre booster wrapped in a bamboo foldup. I have one nappy that I only use 2 microfibre cleaning cloths folded together in - it's my back up nappy. It'll last around home if there's nothing else dry for him.

I think some people use terry squares in theirs too.

It would depend on how heavy a wetter your little one is and how long you want the pocket to last.

Bumgenius pockets come with a thick layered microfibre insert and that is fine for my big piddler, but I dont leave her in any nappy for more than 2 or so hours if I can help it as I like her to have a fresh bum.
You can buy hemp or bamboo inserts to team with microfibre.

You can also use face washers, folded up terry flats. If its fabric and reasonably absorbent it can go in a nappy. Bamboo and hemp are great as they have anti bacterial properties (less smell)

Tarquins' Mum - Ive been using face washers in my pockets temporarily until i get some other inserts. They seem to be working fine so far.

DD isnt a heavy wetter at all, so i guess im lucky in that regard. :yes:

You sure can.
I use two microfiber cloths sewn or folded together. They last us a about 2 hours usually - and thats not bad considering a magic-all only lasts 10 minutes lol.

I use microfibre in mine but i either have a couple in there or i team it with a bamboo or hemp trifold.

Sometimes I'll use face washers, flannelette flats and even sometimes ill put another nappy in them like a BBH hemp lol Whatever is closest at the time of stuffing lol
