legal aid help

well yes i need some legal aid help i'm filling out my application and need some help.

now do i put in the form where it said additional info every thing like where he was living as he was living with his mum and dad and his mum and dads phone number on the form i just want to have every thing on there and do i add on how much i get for DD from centrelink as well just want to get it right the first time thats all.

sorry forgot to add that i was going for legal aid as i'm trying to find dd's dad for child suppot.

I think that in these circumstances you put everything that you have on the form - better to have too much than not enough.

Also it doesnt matter if you miss some info on that form because legal aid will allocate a solicitor for you and when you go to that appointment they will go through and type everything up in detail
