As a FF with Brion and most likely a FF with this next one, I truly appreciated this sect from a pregnancy book I am currently reading. Enjoy!! :D

STUFF TO TELL NOSY PEOPLE:

* 'I have an illness controlled by medication, which mustn't be passed through breast milk to my baby.'

* 'Both my nipples blew off during a wind storm.'

* ' I have an antibitotic-resistant form of infected bosoms, and either of them could explode at any moment.'

* 'It's easier to get gin into a bottle.'

* 'Both my bosoms were removed years ago.'

* 'I can't breastfeed, and I don't want to talk about it. Gosh that's a lovely blouse."

* ' So far 5 lactation specialists have told ne I'm one of those women that just can't breastfeed. In the old days I would have had a wetnurse.'

* 'Oh just BUGGER OFF.'

(Purely tongue in cheek guys - no offence is intended by this post)

Classic! I love them all!

My nipples didn't blow off and nor were my boobs removed but the udders never expanded much. Not enough milk in those milk trucks!!

I love this one! :laughing:

Its sad that both bf and formula feeding mums feel that they have to justify how and why they are feeding their baby the way they choose to.

There are a few bf ones too that are funny.

*'Oh, Im sorry was I being rude? Would you like some?' <---when people stare....tis my fave :yes:

I personally love just saying "No" when people used to ask if I was breastfeeding. People who were just asking for something to say were satisfied with that, and those who were being accusatory or sticky-beaked would get frustrated by the lack of detail. They wanted to know WHY and WHEN he went on the bottle, so being evasive was irritating for them.
