I was told by a LC that Nurofen was OK while BFing. Can't recall whether I discussed that with my doctors though.

Neurofen and neurofen plus are both fine. I'm sure there are more hardcore ones, but you'd probably have to go to the doctor (which might not be a bad idea anyway!)

I went to my GP and got some Voltaren...feeling a bit better now :)
