Volunteering?

I have been thinking and i would really like to be volunteer or help the community in some way.

I am having a hard time though because i am only 15 alot of places will only take people 16+ e.g. RSPCA

Does anyone know any places or have any ideas on how I could help my community??

Hmmm maybe an opp shop they take volunteers

I do volunteer work for a few place.
most would be happy to take someone under age.

Old folks homes
world vision
red cross
salvation army

If you go to a church there are usually tonnes of missions you can help on too.

If you have a look on the SEEK website, there is a volunteer section where you can find all sorts of volunteer opportunities.

You could also try a local kindergarten (seen its your field) or you can try a special school as well for children with special needs :)

Thats sounds great, I know there is a kindy 5 mins away and I will definetly have a check around for a special school near me:yes:

Blazes kinder has a girl helping she only does one day a week but shes 15 and its through her school classed as work experience but more so in a drawn out basis so she can see the kids development over that period :) i am sure they would appreciate the help

I was going to say the opt shop as well. I was going to do that at one stage when I was your age.

Was going to suggest the St Johns Ambulance or SES but I am thinking you would have to be 16
