Polenta Recipies anyone?

Hi I have just discovered Polenta and I love it. I only Know how to cook it one way and I was wondering if anyone out there know any recipes that include polenta? Cakes Anything?

My grandpa used to make me polenta and then serve it with milk and sugar as a type of cereal.

Mum makes it for dad now and he eats it with a dollop of sour cream on top.
