Yoga and Pilates

Hi,

Does any1 no of anywhere that holds yoga or pilates classes 4 us pregnant ladies? :-) Im looking anywhere around the Castle Hill area in NSW.

Hi Sh80, I've been thinking along the yoga lines too! I've got no idea about Castlehill (although there is some very good shopping there!!) I'd suggest getting in contact with your local hospital maternity unit (what is the section called for while ur pregnant where you see the middies!!!) as they normally have signs up on their notice boards for pregnancy yoga classes. Bugger I still can't think of the word - bloody placenta brain!!

I live around Castle Hill (in Kellyville actually), and I am keen to start doing yoga. There is a yoga centre called Hills Yoga, they hold prenatal yoga classes and also Powerbirth classes which combine yoga with breathing and other techniques to prepare for labour.

I haven't rung up and enquired yet, although it was on my to do list for the week (oops), but all the info, prices, timetables etc can be found on the website.
