Hi there...we've got 2 'bewdiful' boys and will be trying for another...just this time a girl (fingers crossed) later in the year...are we crazy, or just pure gluttons for punishment and sleep deprivation?
Anyway, welcome & enjoy!:D

I think I would like to have another child try for a boy, but I dislike the baby stage, and I do enjoy the toddler stage.

Can't seem to say yes i do want another child always i think

I'm 32 and I work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week...can you guess what I do?
That's right...I'm a stay at home mum (but I'm soooooo much more!);)

I have three abd have just relaised I'm pregnant with Number 4 (6 Weeks).
I didn't see any drifferent having two to one or three to two. It's a bit extra work but I believe a good routine goes a long way. The only major change I see now is having to get a people mover to be able to fit everyone in. Whatever extra work they are, it's all worth it.

I am a SAHM of 36. I have 2 boys (both beautiful but what child isn't?) My big boy is 7 and has ADHD and O D D and just today was diagnosed with Aspergers Syndrome. I got the Lottery. What do I win? :) He's a handful and there's a chance that his baby brother will have it too. That isn't stopping me though. I still want another baby. I don't know why, but I just do. Is this wrong and should I be happy with what I have? It's going to be a loooong road..

Hi all

Well I have two darlings DS is nearly 10yrs old and my DD is only 1 month old (huge gap -I know) and I'm 100% sure we will be having a third maybe 4th. Now just to convince DH:p . I really want the next one any of course and subsequent children close together as the huge gap thingy was hard and I don't want to revisit sleep deprivation again especially not after getting sleep filled nights. So I'm strongly campaigning to try agaon soon.

I'm probably mad but oh well - I'll be a happy madwoman:D

I've ALWAYS wanted 4 kids. I have 2. The kids dad and I split up and now I'm with someone else who has a daughter and also looks after his ex's daughter. So I got my 4 kids, but it's not the same.

My partner put his foot down when we got together and said he didn't want anymore kids BUT we've talked and he agreed to one more and we're going to start TTC at the end of the year(So I can go to uni and finish my diploma before I'm preggers and also because the kids we have now are ages between 17 months and 3 1/2).

Then maybe when they've all grown up a bit I can convince him to go for another one! I'm only 22 after all, I've got lots of babymaking years ahead of me!!!

Edited to add: Yes, I admit that I'm a sucker for punishment, but I love being a mum!

It is:) But you know what the freaky thing is? Her sister Elizabeth's middle name is Rose as well!!

Do you shorten her name at all? We call ours Charli.

Hi,

I have five kids, and I will probably go for one more, probably some time next year. I love being pregnant and I feel healthier when I am pregnant then when I am not.

Hmmm, I'm seeing a bit of a pattern here all of us with 2 boys wanting a 3rd. Hate to say it girls but the chances of getting another boy are very high.

My Mum ( who has 3 kids ) thinks I am crazy wanting 3, she says it will be too expensive, however I don't want money to be the reason we don't have more kids. I just want my boys to have more siblings growing up and I like the idea of having a bigger family. I would like a girl but if I have 3 boys I would be happy with that too.

My sister had two boys and was desperate for her third to be a girl( as it was to be there last) She had a boy but fell pg again quite quickly and had a girl 4th time lucky. Her third boy is the most amazing child though.

Hi there
I have two DDs and I'm now pregnant with the third. I've always wanted 4, only problem being that I wanted them all before I was 30 -the best laid plans!!

We emigrated to Oz last year and that took priority over having another two babies - but I'm on track now!

But this time round I'm scared. I had my two girls when I was 19 & 22 and now at 29 it all seems so real and there's so many things that can go wrong - I never worried about a thing when I was younger!!

Ah well. Good luck with what you decide.

I am amazed at the amount of families in Oz that have more than two children, where I live there's loads of 3 & 4 children families (if not more!), whereas in the UK 2 is the norm. Anyway, I'm on the 3rd and I wouldn't change it for the world.

Fingers crossed!

Yep, that's why I got me a new sperm donor!!:devil6:

Hehe, jk. I'd be happy with another boy. Compared to the girls, my boys are so much easier lmao.

Hi,
I am having my third baby in about 1 month. I already have a boy and a girl, so I am not "hoping" for either sex. In fact people ask me why I am bothering to have another one when I already have one of each. What a stupid question to ask. I love my kids more than anything in the world (what mother doesn't) and three completes the picture for me and DH.

I would like a 3rd, I have two boys already. I don't really mind if boy or a girl, I would like a girl but just feel 3 children will make our family complete. My DP says no at this stage as he is one of 10 children  He is very big on no hand me downs and separate bedrooms, guess that what happens when you grow up with too many siblings! So I guess we would have to work out how to afford three.

We also need to get over having our second, as we are still sleep deprived  He is 9 months.

I have two boys, 2 & 4 and I have just found out I'm pregnant, yay! It took a while to decide to have a 3rd because my second beautiful boy is a very 'spirited' child and has taken up much of our energy but it has all been worth it.
The thing is now that I am pregnant with a 3rd and would like a girl of course, I can imagine having a 4th and if they are all boys that would be just fine.
