Believe it or not this has been one of my major issues since bub was born....i never know if she's too cold or too hot at night because the temperature changes so much during the night.....Now its getting hotter im just not sure what to dress her in....at the moment i've got her in a bonds jumpsuit and just a singlet underneat....with a thin quilt......this is with the airconditioning on to 25 low....i sleep in her room so i know what the tempterature is like but i'm cold frog and i like to have a blanket even in summer......jus some ideas would be good :)

Oooh, I had exactly the same question so I'll be interested to know. I'm a pom and this will be my first summer here with a baby so I'm a bit clueless as to what people usually do!

My DD is 12 wks old....im dressing her in summer pjs... just a pair of boxers and a short sleeve top..... i then put a thin blanket over the top....

Then again she feels the heat easily and sweats alot....

This has always been an issue for me. Being in Qld its strange. In the heat of summer, they wear a nappy & singlet. But this time of year is tricky. Its too hot for warm jammies at bedtime, but it gets cool in the morning....

We layer, they go to bed in summer jammies then before we go to bed we pop a light sleeping bag or similar on them. They hardly wake up when we do it.

summer pj's here now, its been hot the last few days, I still wrap her in a thin wrap, otherwise she wont sleep, then when I go to bed, I put a blanket on her, as its cooled down by then.

Once it warms up a bit more here I will put DD in just the singlet and nappy. Unless the aircon has to be on when ever warmer then I would put something light on her as well like a long tshirt or nightie or boxer and shirt type jammies.
Not quite warm enough here yet so at the moment shes down to shirt and nappy but still in her sleeping bag for now.
