I asked this question a month or so ago and from the replies I believe that anything is possible.

Bottom usually comes through first but could be anywhere...........top, bottom, molars

DS is teething a few molars and his top and bottom front ones. He's in so much pain because of them. I think im going to wake up one day and he'll have a mouth full of teeth.

DS got his top front and 1 molar on the same side...then the matching pair a week later...then he got a bottom molar, then the 2 middle bottom ones, then the matching molar...after that the rest kinda came at random...the one on either side of the bottom middle ones didn't come thru for over 12mths...he got one about a month ago and the other one is about to come thru now...
DS was 17mths when he got his first tooth, and turns 3 at the end of march.

Anything is possible, just be careful if you put your finger in bubs mouth to check for teeth...you might get bitten like I did :p

I'm pretty sure they can be either, thought bottoms first are more common.

My DS got his first teeth at 5mnths, his middle bottom ones. Then it took 2mnths to get his top middle 2. Then 3weeks later he got his 2nd bottom left tooth, and the next day his 2nd top left came through. It's been 3 weeks and the matching Right hand teeth are nearly through, and the others are really close too.

I guess all babies can be different. My best friend's brother had all of his teeth by the time he was 4 days old!! OUCH!! Needless to say, her Mum only b/f for 4 days! LOL:p

yep, just when you think you have a guide the kids read it and decide not to follow the rules :D

We got the lower front both first, then one lower side, now one upper front... there's almost a book running to see what's next.
