Hi there!
Noticed you were from Mornington, my favourite place on the peninsula. I am just down the road from you at Carrum Downs. I have a DD 22/04/2005. I work full time but it would be nice to meet new friends in the area. Hope we can talk soon.

Hey
I would love to stay at home with my DD but I would find it hard financially. I work as an accounts supervisor. I also have a 13 DS who lives with his dad, but costs me an absolute fortune. I stayed at home for 4 years with him and I really enjoyed it. This time around 13 years later I have a new partner of 7 years who unfortunately does not make us much money as ex hubby did. hence me having to go back to work. I don't really know if I could be a sahm anymore, its been a long time. My DD goes to Day care 3 days and my mum has her 2 days which I am very thankful for. I had to laugh when I read your thread, I instantly replied when I read enjoys a chardy! sounds like my type of friend.
Which part of mornington do you live, we generally go down there every Sunday for a walk and some lunch and I love the shops. I lived there as a little girl growing up. I better go and do some work hope we can chat again soon.
Me: 37 DH: 33 DS: 13 DD:10months:)
Hi there,
You made me laugh when you said "im your type of friend if i enjoy a chady!:D cause if you do then your my type 2 Ha lol...i could do with a nice glass whil i cook dinner...mmm you have given me the thought!;)
Yes i have been a sahm for nearly 7 years but my dd goes to school next feb full time so i need to start thinking what am i going to do with myself:confused: not sure on that one.
We actually live in Mt Eliza i say Mornington as most people know there and to be honest people think that people from mount Eliza are snobby.....well some of them are ...but not me!:D i love mornington and have quite a few friends in the area so i spent a lot of time walking down main street its great! i also love the shops but try and walk pat most of them!
Its also full of great cafe bars for lunch.
Account supovisor, i bet your glad you work as its so nice to have an adult conversation, use your brain... something i miss ha plus gives you independence 2X
well julie hope to catch you soon
lovely speaking to you X

Hi
How has your day been today? Mt Eliza, yes most people think snob but I'm sure thats not the case. It is nice there too.
Shops in Mornington, lovely to look too expensive to buy. Years ago they use to have alot of second shops but they seem to of gone. Bars are great at mornington. Had a few too many chardy's at most of them, but great fun.
You will have to let me know your name it feels weird just typing Hi. I do enjoy working but I really miss my DD so much everyday. I do worry she will get too spoilt, because i feel so guilty leaving her, she gets lots of presents.
I have to run, leaving work early my DS needs to go to the doc's I think he has tonsilitis. joy!
Talk soon.
Julie::)
Hi ther Julie,
Yes sorry its Linzi!...
Yes i agree the shops in Mornington are expensive thats why i tend to window shop! ha...plus with DD in tow i would never stand a chance of having a proper look anyway!
The bars are great me and DH on a rare night out went to the Greek resturaunt there it was lovley and like you said even better after a few chardonnays!:D ..
yes i can understand My hubby works a lot of hours and he spoils our cause he feels guilty but all in moderation and im sure they will be ok.
Hope your son is feeling better thats a nasty thing to have..poor thing
Speak soon
Linz:)

Hi la62 im starting to come to terms with everything. I still feel so sad at times but i have to keep going as normal for my boys. The best thing is they dont ask for him at all, which makes me feel good. I did everything for them when he was here so its no different to them.
hi,
you sound so much better got the vibe that youre more potitive thats great!...you justhave to keep going now and stay strong for you all...each day will get betterX

yeah im starting to realise how little he did around here and just how much debt he keeps putting us in. i did everthing for the kids when he was here and im still doing the same now. He is trying to play the poor me game saying he has nothing no teven a bed to sleep in which is bulls##t he is probably already shacking up with some sheila. i try not to think about that though cos it makes me feel sick.
Hi there,
yes try not to think about that as i could bend you round the twist...and if you find yourself doing it just think...the poor girl!! i have got off lightly!
do not let him give you the sob story as it was his choice to go and hes probably realising that the grass is not always greener!!...and you have a new life to look forward 2 in peace and not walikin on egg shells!...like i say it can only get better!
