Helping to put my grandson to sleep.

My grandson who is 18 mths old put us to sleep and then he goes to sleep at 11:30 p.m.

How can we train him to go to sleep by 7:30 or 8 P.M.

We live in Hoppers Crossing any tels who can help us or any suggestions please?

I'm sure as a loving grandmother,you would have probably tried everything anyway, my nephew gets put in his cot when his parents are tired & they just let him play & that works for them! good luck:)

Is he having a late afternoon nap? When my 19 month old has a nap late in the afternoon and wakes between 4 -5pm, she won't go to sleep till about 9pm.

Their a bundle of energy at this age, aren't they? Hope you find a solution. :)
