Oh My Goodness BronnyGrace - I just looked at your dates. In 5 weeks you'll be half way - that seems amazing!!! No wonder your tummy has popped:yes::).

Feeling a bit better now! I've eaten some lunch and kept it down. :fingerscrossed: it was a once off!

I'll take some belly pics now  . Liams just gone down for a nap without even fighting. He's been a little angel today.

BG - My tummy has certainly 'popped' in the last 6 days.

I have told a few people at work today - I can't go on hiding it any longer!

It is exciting when your tummy pops. Because this is my 5th baby I feel like I look 6 months already, and I'm pretty sure I've felt small movements. It's not until they get more consistent that you think - yeah, that's what I've been feeling the last few weeks.

cheezelkat
02-10-2007, 01:19 PM
oh dear, I jinxed myself.

As soon as I posted it, I heard pitter patter and he was up after 20 minutes nappies. No one can survive on 20 minutes! :hair: I need my nanna nap :crying:

I too am paranoid about movements but I'm pretty sure its food or gas. I keep thinking to how big the baby is and convince myself its too early yet. I didn't feel anything with Liam until around 20 weeks though. BG, it could well be baby :D

BG - we are due on the same day - 28th March - how exciting! I have gone 10+ days overdue with my last 3 pregnancies - only son no. 1 came on his due date - so I'm betting on 3rd April with this one, but could be later.

Hmmm I feel your pain CK - brakes on my husband's car last Friday $1495, plus he is due for new tyres and a service. Thank goodness, my car is a work vehicle and I get out of the costs of running that one!

BG - Yay for your belly popping. I'm just looking quite bloated still.

I'm getting movement all the time............particularly if my belly is full from a meal or a drink. I love it :D

13 weeks today, 2nd trimester for me :smiliedance: :smiliedance: :smiliedance:

Well hopsital appoinment went well, i have another in 4 weeks time and my pregnancy is being treated as a high risk pregnancy because of IVF so hopefully that just means i get a bit more special care LOL. I checked witht he midwife and she said they take my EDD from my 12 week scan which is now the 9th which suits me fine, now i get to finish up work a week earlier wahooooooooo..

Are you sure if uve signed a lease for a certain amount they cant up the price untill u renew it. So make sure u still have the paper work and check that.
:hugs: about the car though, expensive pieces of work they are.

We got a tommy tippy sippy cup and calcium tablets. We are going to trial the sippy cup as of tomorrow, and i started the calcium as of today.

Thank you to everyone but i was having a wonderful day. Read on

Thats all for now because i have a splitting head ache! So might hit the sack straight after dinner get DH to get DS to bed!

Went shopping ack i dont like shopping plus all through i had that headache. Is this normal, i mean i get them most days now surely i cant blame the pregnancy? Im going to ask the doc and see if i can take anything else or whats happening coz surely its not normal :(

Yeah another thread. Tanks. I have popped a little bit too but somehow I haven't put much weight!?! Like 0.5 kg. I get the headaches too. I was told it is due to the hormones. I also started to exercice again as my energy is coming back and it helps.

Have a good night

Hey sweets,
Wow where all getting allong now.

KristyD. I thought that when u posted brfore but thought Ill wait for u to confirm before i said nething lol. Welcome to the best day.

BG- I popped with bloating at like week six lol. So now my tummy looks tiny compared to what it was. Though it has popped a bit. I don't really notice it cause its smaller than before.

Marie-Jo don't worry u may just be one of the women who stay small until the end and then go boom lol.

CK- where the same boat my DH's 4be needs and new gear box cheapest place $2500 thankyou. Needless to say hes using the Berlina and our rent went up by $20 a few months ago. Oh and his ex is ringing up asking for more money. He pays his child support and that enough. I mean she earns they same as my DH but only has her and an 8 year old to pay for. GRRRR

rnj- It took me ages to get Ant to use a sippy cup. He still refuses to drink milk from it. Now I just give him a lil plastic cup. and has his milk out of a bottle.

MissusS- Yay 13 weeks.

As for me Im just waiting for my sis to call as she is in town for the school holidays (Shes a country Primary School Teacher). I have to catch a bus because my DH has the car. He left at 5.30 am this morn so no way I was gonna drive him lol. Its just hard with a big three wheel pram and a toddler seat. U gotta wait for a bus that can take prams and then hope its not to full.

I am 13 weeks wahooo look at us go. Ive told some people now like parents and stuff so know I can move onto evryone else

Warning - complaining ahead!!

I know i really have nothing to complain about but I'm just so sick of waking up tired, being tired all day and going to bed tired. :gloomy: Please please can I have some energy back. I feel like I could sleep standing up at the moment.

Alright then - that is hopefully out of my system now.
Rosie so glad to hear your scan went well! That is awesome.
To all those popping out Isn't it great! I'm actually finding that my jeans are getting tight - so I have to put my pjs on at night to be comfy. especially bending down to change nappies!! And I'm only 11 weeks - but this is my 3rd so I guess my tun has a head start:)
CK Sorry to hear bout your rent and car!! Your right - it does all happen at once. On that note never be afraid to complain. We got a $700 bill for 2 months for our phone!!!!!! After several calls and requests for the telecommunication ombudsman's Ph number they reduced it to $280. All billing errors!!

KrsityD hope you have a good day at work!

As for me it's grocery shopping day. DH has no work booked in this am (joys of owning own business) so we're going to do a family trip to town. Think thats good - if I can find some energy!!

Take Care everyone - SSU

BG - I don't know the ins and outs of your situation so can only go on what I would do if in your position and that would be telling who I wanted and when I wanted regardless of the feelings of the Father.

He obviously hasn't respected your feelings in this situation so why try and protect his or give him the option of sharing the news. This is your baby so you should spread the news how you see fit. :)

BG - has bubs daddy said he wants nothing to do with bubs? That's terrible and I'm very sorry you have to be in that situation. I could comment further but without really knowing the situation I'd probably just say the wrong thing.

It sounds to me as if you have done all the right things so I think it's probably his turn to take some responsibility for his own actions and life. As you suggested give him the chance to tell his family first then just go ahead in what ever way you see as best - your are the one doing all the work and need to get on with your life . In my opinion you don't need to do anything to protect him.

BronnyGrace I admire you. You are obviously a strong women and seem to be doing everything the right way. Go for it girl - sounds to me like you've got it all worked out and are doing a great job!!!!!:thumbsup::thumbsup:

Bronny, I don't know the situation either but this is your baby, you are obviously happy and you should be allowed to shout it from the roof tops if you want. Does the daddy know your pregnant? I couldn't work out if you were going to tell him about the baby or you were going to tell him about his bro's girlf asking. If he doesn't know yet then you should tell him first and give him a few days to come to terms with the situation (he might be a bit shocked at first). If he already knows and is not helping you or wants nothing to do with it then why would you consider protecting his identity, I'd tell. I really would.
But like I said I don't know your story so its hard to comment.
At the end of the day if your happy and want the world to know, tell them.

Bex - I think so, i now get to finish up work a week earlier wahooo.. Bugger public transport is horrible and twice as bad with a 2 babies..

SSU - it sux being back at work but the bright side is only 20 more weeks of work wahoo

BG - Sounds like you have it all planned already, thats exactly what i would do. Maybe hold off from telling the girlfriend maybe just ignore her emails until you have had the chance to tell the Daddy but at the end of the day it's your baby and you decide you who tell. It is all so exciting, each week something different is happening. Its the best experience of my life! Now i have just ready your other thread on the recap. I can tell you from personal experience that it is hard to seek help for depression it took me a good year to do something about it. Your boyfriend doesn't sound supportive at all, honey do what you want to do its your life and you deserve a happy life with your bubs, you don't need any of that **** from the past. If he doesn't want anything to do with you it's his loss so you tell who ever you want. You need to put your happiness first and it sounds like you don't need him in your life. Honey you can do it on your own!

Eternity - Happy birthday to your DD

BG - What a fantastic and inspiring story. I know how you feel about thinking about terminating and it making you just too upset - I feel the same way.

My advice is to just give him as much space as he needs. Sounds to me like he is scared and maybe sometime he'll come around and want to be a part of his childs life - but he has to come to that decision on his own.

You are incredibly brave to have made the decision to do it on your own but I'm sure the rewards of it all will make you never doubt your decision.

As for telling people, I found that my DP had a reluctancy to tell people (he was trying to ignore it too) and so I just ended up telling people myself. They're going to find out if they run into you and see your belly, so why not just tell them and get it out of the way?

sparkleymum
03-10-2007, 12:31 PM
Bronny, I am so inspired by your strength and perseverance. You were so right, you CAN do it yourself. Good for you. You were so strong to talk it over, isn't it great that there are organisations like that that help you go through your situation and options in a calm and rational manner.

You have such a long history with the father that I can't believe he will not be part of bubs life. EVENTUALLY. It's not someone you just met you have years of history, he knows you so well and you know him so well, I cna't imagine that he will ignore you and his child forever. I do hope it will work out and he will come around, but it sounds like whatever happens you will be able to handle it.

If I am honest, I would tell the girlfriend, I really would. Who knows, maybe it could be for the best. Once his brother knows he might make him see the big picture and tell him to stand up to his responsibilities. I mean it cannot get worse, he doesn't speak to you or acknowledge the bubs right now so it can only get better.

I think your wonderful. I've had so many things in life where I wish I had your strength. Good for you, your amazing.:yelclap:

PREGNANT BABBLE ALERT
(Just pass this one by if your not in the mood)

Nearly the end of another day in pregnantdom! ( I have decided I'm now allowed to make up my own words!). Still feeling tired but amazingly much better than this morning. I a bit of a rest on the swing seat in the sun this afternoon and I think it was powerful good medicine:D.

Today discussions with BG have really made me think (that is a tremendous achievement in itself at the moment). I'm so glad I live in an time when we can be strong independent women and just get out there and do stuff. I love the strength in women - I think it comes from the fact that we can be so caring, soft and nurturing and yet still strong and independent. (Oh dear me - I did warn you). One of my goals in life is actually to write a book. Something along the lines of the inspiring stories of ordinary women - but not until I have left behind the nappy stage.

Well I'm off to finish cooking apricot chicken. Not very inspiration I know, but at least my dds will eat it without too much fuss.

I also need a babble...

This is my first day back at work after the long weekend here and I had yesterday off with MS. I just can't get into the swing of work. I do about 2 mins of work and then my mind wanders off into babyville and doesnt return for a good 10 - 15 minutes. Hopefully the bosses won't notice too much. Does it get better than this or am I doomed to have my head in the clouds until bubs is born?

Also, I have been making up words for the last few weeks. And doing incredibly daft things. Very unlike me but I just smile and blame it on being pregnant... hehe

Seems like such a lovely warm day outside... I wish I was out in it instead of being stuck in an office.

I've had girlfriends who feel pregnant to their boyfriends and it all went pairshaped so that they are now single mums..................yet they still say having their child was the best thing that ever happened to them :) Just make sure you look after yourself and bubs from now on

SSU - Good luck writing your book. Mmmm apricot chicken, haven't made that in a long time but I reckon my DD would like it.

kristi - hope you are having a FAB time in Sydney still

Hope everyone is feeling well. I really can't complain and again have to remind myself occassionally that yes I am pregnant! The only symptoms that I appear to be getting these days is hunger and placenta head

Hope you all have a great day. We're having some friends around tonight that we'll break the news to.

The placenta brain what a humerous thing. People say its not lagit but scientists are now studying pg women as part of there alsimas and dementa ( sorry bout spelling lol) studies Cause they think what happens to a pg womens brain could hold clues to what causes these problems in aging.

My hormones are rampant today.

I just feel like bawling my eyes out.

MY SIL's friend just lost her baby @ 12 weeks. Oh I can't stand it.

I've got a cramp in my side, I'm freaking out even though its probably nothing. I feel very fragile today :gloomy:

MissusS - It sure is exciting when you can start telling people.

Bex - It doesn't surprise me about those tests etc i have been a lot more forgetful lately.

CK - I am so sorry to hear about your SIL. I know it's easier said then done but try not to worry I am sure your cramps are nothing to worry about. I still worry over ever little pain.

I really don't want to be at work today. 12 more weeks until xmas holidays and 20 more weeks until i go on maternity leave wahooooooo

04-10-2007, 10:07 AM
Kristi - when you put it like that... it doesnt seem that far away at all! Plus I've got a week off next month when my parents will be staying with me to help do some painting, washing, cleaning etc to get myself together.

I definately find myself migrating back to bubhub every few minutes - my friend who introduced me is addicted and I think I am now too.

CK - my hormones have been terrible lately. I think I've cried every day for the last few weeks. I'm sorry to hear about your SIL. I'm only 11 weeks and hearing things like that always make you worry. I don't know how to word this right so I hope it comes out OK but it helps me to try and remember that if I lose the baby it's because the baby wasnt ready for this world and in the long run it is better off. I know it doesnt help much in the heat of the moment but thats what makes my fear not seem so bad.

SSU - I'm about the same time as you. Are you still getting sick?

Good morning.

KristyD -cant believe the count down has begun for christmas.

Cheezelkat - very sorry to hear about your sil's friend. I hope she has the support she needs to get through this hard time.

Went to the doctors this morning. weight 51.9 woohoo im putting on weight. Blood pressure was 100/60 but she said thats normal. Um does that seam low to everyone else??? But i do normally have low blood pressure. For the head aches ive been getting im aloud to take pandine! If i need to. Though unless they were as bad as the other day i wont. even though its safe. Now ive been skulling water like a crazy lady ive been fine. DH thinks i was dehydrated. She used a doppler on me and i heard bubbies heart beat!!!! WOO HOO. Sethy went crazy like when he heard it. Do you think he knows?? he isnt even 1. The doc was like oh wow Seth looks like hes riding a bike, his arms and legs were flapping. I asked her about my hair but wasnt much help. grrr. Basilcly flung it off and said oh it will be normal once the baby is born. um hello it never stoped falling out after seth :S YIKES. ok on a different note we are getting pixi photos done (for free with a coupon) Sitting, and 1 (10 by 13) portrait. on the 10/10 just b4 he turns one. um what else. Ultrasound on the 19th of november and docs appointment again. 5 weeks away. WOO HOO

Seth is one smart cookie, he realises if he runs into the lamo barries we have (15lt water containers filled)in his he can move them and get into the kitchen and open the oven :S Even when we are watching him. I think its time to take away the walker. and let him explore at baby height lol see if he can get into it then! or see how long it takes.

How is everyone today???

Ok lunch time ttyl.

Hi everyone,

Been MIA for about a week or so. Just tried to catch up, but gave up in the end... Too lazy.

I hope everyone is well and I'm sorry, but I only have a couple of personals.

BG, I'm so impressed with your attitude to this pregnancy and this baby. You are wonderful!!

CK, I know all about being hormonal. Unfortunately I'm not teary but angry. I've been raging at everything in the past couple of days. Not good. You take care of yourself and, hard as it is, try not to dwell on the negative stories. :hugs:

I've hit 11 weeks today :smiliedance: and I'm finally starting to feel normal again. Just got to get rid of this tiredness and it will be all systems go. Have a tiny little belly (more flab than bub!!!) but the most ginormous (.)(.) !!!!! They've just grown in the past week.

For those of you who are working, when are you going to start maternity leave???

I had to put a report in yesterday for my leave. So far I've told them I'm going to work until about 38 weeks, since I'm one of those crazy people who really enjoys going to work.

If things go the same as last time and I end up with high blood pressure, I'll probably finish up around 35 weeks and take some sick leave.

(I had high bp from 36 weeks last time, and had to be monitored at the hospital every second day and take medication, but I was doing a course through work that I really wanted to finish, so I fought to be allowed to work and not go on sick leave. I ended up finishing my course two weeks to the day before my little man was born.)

Hey Kristyd,

Just thought i'd let you know that my 12 week scan changed my due date to 01/04/07, when I mentioned this to the scanning doctor and to my GP, they both said the earlier scans are more accurate (I had one at 6weeks that gives EDD 03/04/08).
Just thought I'd let you know if you're getting so many different dates.

Noah's Mum
04-10-2007, 12:04 PM
Bissym - Most of the dates have been around the same time, thanks for the info yep EDD is 9/4 now wahoo

KDK - I'm tossing and turning between what dates as i get paid monthly (on the 15th of each month) i was thinking of leaving on the 7th or 14th of March depends how i am feeling i guess, i don't need to tell work until the end of Jan so at least i have awhile to make up my mind. If we want to continue working with only 4weeks to go we have to provide a medical certificate saying it is safe. Luckly i get 14 weeks paid maternity leave

Well girls it had to happen and it has ...

I decided I wasn't going to keep my pregnancy a secret to protect the Daddy, I mean why should I, if he chooses not to be involved, that's his choice, but I should be allowed to celebrate it.

So, on my Facebook account I wrote something along the lines of that the secret would be out of the bag soon now that I have popped and well guess what ....

Yep, his brothers girlfriend emailed me and said she was 'intrigued' ... so I emailed back and just said 'i'm very excited' ... so now the question will ccome back and what do I say?

I'm going to be honest and say i'm pregnant but I won't say who the father is and then when i'll email the Daddy and tell him he better tell his brother because his brothers girlfriend is asking questions.

Do you think i'm doing the right thing?

Personals to come after this lovely's :)

Hey BG,

If you haven’t already told his brother’s gf yet I just thought I’d answer your question with an idea.
Firstly I think you’ve gone about this in a very level-headed way as well as listening to your heart and instincts, well done.
Maybe you might want to email the Daddy and tell him you’re just letting him know that people are asking now and you’re telling them. Don’t ask him if it’s alright though, as I believe he gave up his rights to have his say in how you deal with any of this.
This way you’re still being the mature one (even if you don’t want to be all the time, sometimes it would be great to just give them a good smack! Ooh! That’s so un-future motherly of me).

Anyway, I’m sure you’ll do everything so well (as you seem to have so far).

Hugs.:hugs:

rnj - i feel for DS 1 was a shocker. by 6 months he would climb over the change bag I put in the door to stop him . He wasn even crawling he was more dragging. By 7 months he was crawling so I would put him in his walker and he would climb out, It would scare me cause we have tiles. He also worked out he could open and shut the cuboards and would bang them. By 8 months he was walking round the furniture and was in everything.

The doc told me that during pg ur blood pressure is ment to drop so if it has

They like to take the earlier scans for dates bcause after 12 weeks all the bits are formed and natural genetic variations kick in where as before then its pretty standard and they can go by what has developed and stuff. Thats what I was told neway.

Melaniec Hi, yes I think our due dates are a day apart - I'm the 25th. I'm generally feeling much better. I'm still pretty tired (not as bad as it was though) and I have a very watery mouth all the time (especially after eating some foods). This can actually make be physically sick, I think the build up of saliva in my stomach gets to much - especially if my stomach is empty. (yuck I know). But I have lost that really heavy nausea feeling and smells don't make me sick anyone - thank goodness for that!

How about you - are you feeling better?

melaniec

SSU - I have good days and bad days. I was sick on Tues and again on Sun but the days in between are generally OK. I'm feeling a bit 'ugh' today (I don't know how else to describe it). Definately smells and certain foods aren't affecting me as much. Hoping for the magic 12 week date to be all it's cracked up to be.

Kath - I'm planning to work until the end of March (I'm due end of April). My boss has already sheduled me off for 3 months. I've got about 2 months of annual leave and then I'll have to take the unpaid maternity for at least another month, then just come back part time. Lucky for me I've got a very flexible boss :)

I can't wait - I'm so impatient... haha.

Not very active today ladies!

I need something to take my mind off work - I suppose I could work... but where is the fun in that?

Had a bit of an upset tummy earlier and I found sucking on a mint made it feel a bit better - someone else mentioned tic tacs. Maybe it's a cure!

Does anyone think that what you crave has anything to do with what sex your baby is going to be? And does anyone else (whoever hasn't already found out) have a strong feeling that it is going to be one or the other?

Afternoon,

KDK - good to hear from you again, hope your plans work, i worked till 35 weeks with DS but this one because of the fainting ive stoped now! Dh is getting a job. (hopefully soon)

Bex - thank you for the info on the blood presure and the ultrasound.

BG - i just went back and read your story. Your an amazing woman, its dissapointing he wants to ignore such an important thing. If he doesnt respond it is his loss. Just remember that you will do a good...no great job with or without him.

KristyD - I caved :( though i did have a halfstrength coffee but thats still bad. And now i think im suffering, im drinking drinking drinking and still have a headache, took panadine and i swear its making it worse.. Lieing down when i can but afraid i'll fall asleep. lol

Melaniec - Not sure about cravings didnt have any with DS and still havent had anything yet with this one. But i have felt less ms with this one. Been a bit different. I will be finding out, if bubby lets me lol. November 8 for me :D

3 more days till im 15weeks. woo hoo.

rnjboyce - Thats no good, next time stick to the hot choccie. sometimes the best way to get rid of headaches is sleep!

Melanic - I found before i fell pregnant we were constantly talking about having either a boy or a girl. For some reason i can't stop thinking about a little girl and i can't get enough sweets chocolate, lollies etc. I'm not really fussed what sex the baby is and i can't wait to find out at my 18week scan

Morning lovely mummies!!!

How is everyone today?? Well we are definitely moving through those weeks now, soon everyone will be up past the wonderful 12 week mark!! :yelclap:

Kristyd - I'm with you...I can't wait for my next scan to find out if I have a lil boy or girl growing inside me...so exciting!! I also don't mind either way - but I just want to know so I can start buying a few things

Quick question....Is anyone else having trouble getting back to sleep after getting up to go to the toilet at night/early morning??
For the past two weeks I haven't been able to get back to sleep - you can set your clock that I will wake up at about 2-3am every morning, I jump straight back into bed, then toss and turn until it's time to get up at 6am :hair:
This morning (3am) I ended up going out to the lounge and watching TV, I did drift off eventually but not until about 5am!

This is really starting to annoy me - does anyone have any suggestions on this?? Thanks for listening (reading) anyway, :hugs:

Well I've got the day off today, yippee, so I'm sure the addiction will kick in and I'll stop back in a few times today...enjoy your day!!

Morning mummies. Yet again I've woken up exhausted. Had some toast and vegimite and a cup of tea, then had a little:barf:. Hope this passes - Yesterday I felt good by the end of the day.

Melaniec Every pregnancy I think I'm having a boy! I have two little dds (Caitlin & Olivia). I think I am again - so it's probably another girl. We have heaps of boys names we love but have run out of girls names. A part from the name issues I really don't mind which i have. 3 girls would be kinda nice - as there will be less than 4 years between them all but I boy would add some variety to life. (have no idea what to do with boys - but I'd learn).

Rosie Hope the headache is gone today! How is life at home - are you enjoying being home with your boys (big and small). My DH is home a bit too as we're starting our own business - and he does some work at home.

Well I have housework to contend with. Just want to :sleeping:lay down and relax. Needs those housework fairies again - could someone send them over? :wizard:

Enjoy your days

Is anyone else having trouble getting back to sleep after getting up to go to the toilet at night/early morning??

Yes it drives me insane! It was like that with my last pregnancy too but what I try to do is not have any fluids for an hour before I go to bed and then have a toilet stop right before bed and that usually covers me for the night.

Sometimes I forget though

NZMEL yes yes yes! I do exactly the same thing. Today I didn't wake up until 5.30am - and that was a sleep in!!!! If i have to get up to the girls it's worse - I just lay there thinking for ages! Sometimes I get up and read in the louge (so as not to wake the other half up) and sometimes I just lay there for hours. It is such a pain and makes the day very tiring. Maybe we could chat on bubhub in the middle of the night!!!!

LOL............I knew when I typed this yesterday that I hadn't spelt it correctly but couldn't for the life of me remember how to spell the fruit pear. Oh dear..............MASSIVE placenta head

SSU - Hope that sickness passes soon for you

NZMEL - Yep, I was wide awake at about 3am this morning and then finally decided I'd better get out of bed and go to the loo. I was awake for a long time before I had the energy to do it though.

KDK - I think I worked up until 34.5 weeks last time and then she came 10 days early so I still had a nice little break before hand.

Rosie - those headaches don't sound good

melaniec - the main thing I am going by for the sex is that last time we had a girls name picked out we were 100% sure of but not so sure about our boy name..............and this time around it's the opposite so we are kind of hoping for a boy but really don't care either way. Plus this time I haven't once thrown up whereas I did all the time with DD so I'm just wondering if carrying a female sends more hormones around your body??

I'm definitely getting a nice little heavy belly in the mornings now. I'll probably start taking some weekly belly snaps from 16 weeks which is what we did last time.

Have a good day all x

Oh I'm so happy that I'm not alone with this - but feel sorry for those of you that have to contend with it too, driving me bonkers!!:banghead:

It's so weird, I lay there with thoughts of everything going through my head....emails I need to send, washing that needs to be done, what to get in the shopping, thinking about my family in NZ....my brain just wont switch off and relax!

I tried going to bed later (usually about 9pm) but it seems that after 5 hours I will be waking for the toilet, so my sleep always stops after 5 hours...which is just not enough to get me through the day - oh bother!

And yeah I've cut off my drinking privileges before bed, but doesn't seem to change anything...

noahsmama - did it last right through your last preg, or was it just a stage?.....:fingerscrossed: please say it's just a stage :fingerscrossed:

I don't have any answers unfortunatly. I've tired eating, counting, watching tv, reading but generally just think and listen to dh breath!!

NZMEL - It's going to be nice having everyone in there 2nd trimester talking about the next stage of there pregnancy. We are going to find out the sex of bubs and not tell anyone well i will try my hardest not to tell anyone. Well you girls will be the only ones i will tell... I am an impaitent person and someone who likes to be prepared which is why i want to know what we are having.. It will be nice to be able to buy either pink or blue things. After my 18week scan i will have the gender scan about 30 weeks just to double check... I first get up around 2am some mornings and can manage to get back to sleep but then i get up at 4am or there abouts every morning to go to the loo and i can't get back to sleep which is a killer as i get up at 5am. On weekends its the same but i watch some telly and go back to sleep.

SSU - I thought MS had all but gone as i haven't been sick since sunday morning, nausea and dry reaching returned yesterday and i have had nausea all day today Boo Hoo..

Missus S - How cute is DD i love the fairy wings!

rnjboyce - I know how you feel i woke with a headache as well this morning, i have had a fair bit of panadol as i have had quite a few bad headaches. I try to keep up my fluids but then i spend most of my time in the loo or i start feeling nausea from drinking to much

Hi girls, haven't been on much lately as for some reason MS came back this week. It's strange, I feel fine when I eat but in bewteen I feel sick, driving makes me feel sick, being in the supermarket makes me feel sick. I never had this with my Last pregnancy, it all finished at 11 weeks, I thought that happened this time, but no........

I have had a headache every day for the last week also but panadol seems to be doing the trick.

Aimee is being very well behaved so is making these few days easy for me.

I cannot wait to find out the sex. I just know its a boy, I saw a huge thing between the legs on the scan it just cannot be a girl. I know the scanner place said its to early to tell at 13 weeks, but I know what I saw.
I don't want to sound awful, my friend lost her bubs at 12 weeks and I know she'd love anything, but I do wish I was having a girl. I think it would be nice for Aimee to have a sister. Then again I am sure a boy would be lovely too. I have never had a boy, oh god, I don't know how to clean boy bits AGHHHHHHHH.....what do you do with boy bits?? Oh my god, I sound like a lemon. Does anyone else ever worry about stupid things like that????

I also worry about having a boy and not knowing what to do. But I have a beautiful nephew and thankfully I've learned a thing or two from him.

Just a thought on the headaches girls - I know for me my headaches are actually caused by my neck (because my boobs are getting so heavy). Doing some neck stretches really helps me. Sometimes when I have a headache I don't even know it's my neck until I go to do the stretches and feel the pain. Hope it's of some help to you :)

Hey sweets just a quick up date.

had my first hospital app (midwife then doc)today it took forever I was there at 8.50 am and got home at 12. most of that waiting. Ant was tired and in a right mood to.

They told me cause I had a history of premeture membrane rupture I would have to be booked at the state womens hospital. luckily though I can have my apps at swan and just have the birth at king eddy. I can even transfer to swan once I have given birth. Thank god cause its so far to go for 15 min apps.

The doc ran a scan over and all looks ok. He didn listen to the heart beat. My guess is he would have seen it on the screen.

I made my 19 week scan app on the 15th of nov at 8.30. YAY first of the rank no waiting with a full bladder for someone elses baby who won't sit in the right position.
well gonna go rest after a hard morn.

How can people get away with that in this day and age? The government wants us to have kids - they PAY us to have kids and yet employers can't understand why it's so important for this country - let alone us as individuals.

Bronny - I'm sure with your positive attitude and you're bravery that you'll land a job anywhere you like. The economy is so good at the moment that employers would be screaming out for someone like you. If they're not treating you right, tell em where to go and go somewhere that will!

I second what Melaniec said! I worked at DHS up to 34 weeks with my first. they couldn't have been more supportive. Even told me to go for a walk when ever I needed to get out of the building. Then I had 13 weeks paid mat leave which they let me take at half pay for 26 weeks followed by 24 months of unpaid leave before I resigned when we moved to start our business.
Can you complain or take them to anti-discrimination or even talk to your local member of parliament - you'd be surprised what that can do. (My supervisor was a woman with kids - which I'm sure did make a difference!)

Inany other circumstance you'd love to tell them to stick it and walk out, but with bubs on the way you need to keep looking for another job and once you get that job then leave. It's just so you know you can support little bubs. In saying that, I bet its really hard being there now around that W**KER!!!

I booked in for my 20 week scan a few weeks ago. I tried to book for when I'm 20 weeks (which is when its ment to be done I thought) anyway the receptionist said (brace yourselves girls) we do the scan at 19 weeks here so if there is anything you still have the option to terminate, that can be done up to 20 weeks. We get along with them pretty well and know the owner! does that help? Morning mummies

Bissym - I hope everything is ok. You are probably heading of for the GP right now. I know some women bleed regularly during pregnancy - especially when their af would have been due. Looking forward to hearing everything is great and that bubs gave you a big wave while you were being scanned!!

Sparkly - Oh I had know idea that was why they did the scan at 19 weeks. That is a little depressing. I've always just thought of the 19 week scan as a purely joyful experience. I've never had a 12 weeks scan (as I believe people can live great lives with down syndrome) and for me it's not enough of a reason to do anything (can't even say/type the words today). Think I must be feeling a little fragile - it's horrible to think of things going wrong. Happy thought! Happy Thoughts!

My ms seems to have come back over the last few days. I had a really bad nights sleep and am feeling yuck. Nevermind - hopefully things will improve as the day wears on.

Rosie - just a quick on the the lease. We recently broke our lease 6 months into a 12 month contract because we bought a house. You're responsible to cover the rent until they find a new tenant or until your contract finishes and you have to give a least 28 days notice. We gave notice 6-7 weeks before we left so they could advertise and we had to show people thru the house. We ended up paying rent for 10 days (when the newbies moved in) after we moved out plus paying a extra week to cover the owners re-letting fee. You'd think you'd be pretty right - as long as it's the type of area people want to live in - especially in the current rental crisis market.

Hope this is helpful and not confussing!!!!

Oh Angroc - how scary for you :hugs: I know of somebody who had periods all the way through her pregnancy and didn't even realise she was pregnant until she was about to have her baby  And there are plenty of others on here who've had bleeds around that stage and they're pregnancies were fine. Still best to get it all checked out of course because you must be going nuts you poor thing :hugs:

Re the 19 week scan I guess that's why a lot of people opt for the earlier Nuchal Fold scan at 12 weeks, as if they do decide to terminate it would be somewhat less traumatic than terminating at 19 weeks.

Onto a happier topic................we have a 1st birthday party to go to today  and DD's favourite new saying is Pop-Off!

Oh guys please dont think that I am an awful awful person for saying this.... In the UK and Ireland (where I am from) the 20 week scan is at 20 weeks. That is probably because abortion is not legal in Ireland so I guess they don't thake those kindof things into consideration. In a way I suppose its good that here in Australia it's the 19 weeks scan so at lest they give women the option. I guess when I had my 12 week I relaxed and thought everything was wonderful until the receptionist said that. Now I am thinking there must be so many other things to worry about. I was reading all you lovely ladies replies and was thinking, what would I do if I was told the baby had some really serious complication and would never survive to be born and I would definitely lose the baby during the pregnancy as there is no way they can sustain life. Would I wait for it to happen in later pregnancy or would I end it now? Oh my god, I don't think I can decide. I don't think I could handle losing bubs now but I think it would be so much worse when bubs is older and I feel him moving and kicking, how would I cope with that.
OK I think its safe to say I am having a freaking out day. I am sure stuff like that only happen to 1 in a million pregnancies or something.

When I had my 12 weeks scan the girl said the placenta was covering some of the cervix so she willhave to check that on my 19 week one. I know 12 weeks is too early to diagnose placenta previa, which is why she said she'd look at it on the 19 week. Has anyone had that? What was it like?

Angroc, I hope everything is ok. Please let us know how you get on.:fingerscrossed: for you.

Who is still waiting for their 12 weeks scan? Good luck girlies, soon w will all be over the first trimester.

bissym

sparkleymum, why would any of what you've just said be taken as you being awful?
I don't see anything in what you've written as awful and I'm sure all (or most) of us would feel exactly the same way. If anything came about from the 19week scan then you would work out what to do, you would work out what is the right decision for you and I'm sure you would get complete support from all the people that matter to you no matter what decision you came to.

ps. I had my 12 week scan a couple of weeks ago, and everything so far is good.

Something totally off topic; has anyone developed dandruff lately. I haven't had it in years and have never been prone to it before and now I seem to have it even after I've washed my hair.

sparkleymum
06-10-2007, 09:08 AM
Yes on the dandruff. I had it with preg no.1 and now again. Usually I never have dandruff. I was only a few weeks preg this times when Igot it. Now usuing head and shoulders. i think it has helped cause I haven't noticed it for the last 2 weeks while I've been using it.
Also my hands and knuckles are so dry and rough.

Thanks for what you said about my freak out. I don't know how I would handle being given the worst news, termination is not something I think I could do as i am so excited about this bubs but I don't know if I could get to 30 weeks knowing I would have to deliver a bubs who is not alive (I cant even say the word). It really makes you think. I guess at the end of the day we are probably alot stronger than we think and maybe we can handle these things. I know people have before and go on to live life and be happy. OK i must stop thinking about these awful situations. I bet all of us will gave great results and then we can all start our countdown to the first April baby.

Any bets on who goes first?
I have a feeling it might be bronny....or someone who is due the second week in April who gors a couple of weeks early.....so exciting

Morning Mummies!!!

How are we all today...I see we have had a few "moments" between us...glad to see it's not just me having to vent all the thoughts that pregnancy gives us...I have now learnt that it is totally normal...but it still feels great to get it all out, and even better to have the support from everyone here in the April Group...oh quick change the topic before I start crying...so emotional these days

Well I was naughty last night...had KFC for dinner....and is was GREAT!!! I also slept right through the night (hope that doesn't mean I have to eat KFC for dinner every night  - don't know what else I did differently)

Well it's Bathurst weekend at our house - so I don't think we will be getting out much, and I'm counting down the days that my friends come from NZ (4 of them anyway) to spend a week with us in sunny queensland!! Yay 6 sleeps to go!! :smiliedance:

Enjoy your day mummies :D

Angroc - I wish you all the best at the hospital today and I hope you don't have to wait too long in the ER. I also know of someone who had periods during pg so hopefully it's just that.

I woke up this morning with bad pain in my lower abdomen almost like cramps. I'm hoping it's just wind (probably from eating junk food). Every time I go to the toilet I hold my breath to see if there is blood and give a big sigh when there is not. Why do we have to live with such paranoia? :gloomy:

BG said she's trying to get the net set up at home so she may be on this weekend. I also think she'll be the first to deliver.

I need to go shopping today for a dress for a work dance I have in a couple of weeks. I'm hoping I can find something to go over my massive boobs and ever increasing bloated/bumpy/who knows belly. They always make dresses for girls with no boobs and it frustrates me so much!

sparkleymum
06-10-2007, 11:35 AM
melaniec, I bought a lovely long maxi dress in Jeans West the other day. I bought it in size 16 as it had a really stretchy back and my boobs must be about 20 E or something now, they got really big at about 2 months and feel heavy and sore. That dress still fits cause its so stretchy and it looks lovely on , its very dressy, I would definitely give them a look.

NZMEL, I seem to have 'moments' all the time. My DH keeps telling me there is something wrong with me cause your ment to enjoy pregnancy and all I do is worry and think of the worst things. I think we all worry, don't we? Is it just me? I know is rubbish always thinking 'what would I do if' and could I handle it if....... But don't we all do that now and again???

Hi everyone,
Hope you're all having a fantastic weekend. Have to try and be quick, since I'm looking after a friend's little boy this arvo and he's due any minute. I have no idea why, but I'm really nervous about it. It's not like I don't know what to do with him, since he's only two weeks younger than my little man. Hmmm...

Angroc, hope everything is going ok for you honey. :fingerscrossed: you get in an out of the hospital quick smart.

Melaniec, I second Sparkleymum's vote for the maxi dress. I can't wear them (I'm waaaaay too short) but I think most preggie ladies look great in them and its something you'll get heaps of wear out of over summer.

SSU, I can't believe your ms has come back!!! We're due on the same day and mine is back too!! I've even started gagging all the time, which I wasn't doing before, and which I didn't do at all when I was pregnant last time. I'm at the point now where I start gagging even if I laugh too much or smell something funny. I really wish it would go...

NZMel, I hear you on the KFC. I had it for dinner last Friday night. I would normally never eat it, but we were starving and it was the closest takeaway to my parents' place. Mmmmmmm.

Now, I have no idea who'll be first to deliver. I know it won't be me. I'll probably be in here well and truly alone by the end of April. Well, unless I get induced again...

KDN - something must be growing fast at our stage in pregnancy! Not enjoying it at all. I've been eating all day - as I seem to feel ok while I have food in my mouth. I hope it doesn't continue like this or I'm gunna be huge!

I'm having my first cup of coffee in about 10 weeks!!!! I usually start having two weak cups a day after I pass the 12 weeks mark. On my dates I'm 12 weeks today (by scan says not til thursday). Thought I'd give it a go as I'm very tired and it seem to be going down ok again.

WHO WILL POP FIRST
I think in a group this big a least one or maybe even two of us will go early early - 34 - 36 weeks. It's very unlikely to be me as i've gone over twice and will be having a cs. When you think of it like that one of the early aprilers could go 4 weeks early and have bubs in late February!! My vote is for JJ7.

Hi Everyone!

Hope everyone is ok!

im thinking Bronny will be one of the first.... :detective:

i was a day early with Brayden so im thinking this bub will be an anzac day bub,... but then the 5th of may is on the back of my mind too...

our family has a 'thing' with dates that are multiples of 5, we got married on 05.05.05, brayden was born on 25.10.05 - the closest this bub could get is the 25.4.08 or 05.05.08....

I am extra naughty because I have KFC every second night and usually Hungry Jack's every second lunch time! :o

I also think that BronnyGrace will be the first to pop! She is showing early and is due on the 1st... I predict that she will be a March Mummy!

It definately won't be me! I went 7 days over with Noah and predict that I will again too! Hopefully only by 4 days though so the baby can have a matching '26th' birthday!

I just want to say than you all so much for your words of support today - I have just finished reading your posts for today and I got all teary- no suprises there:o.
Well, after a 3 hour wait(no they didnt rush me through) DH and I got in to see a doc and he managed to find a heartbeat right away going at an impressive 155pbm. I cried of course and DH had a huge grin on his face. They didnt end up doing an ultrasound as I am due to go for my NT scan on Friday and they found the heart beat. The doctor told us that the most common reason for women bleeding in early pregnancy is due the a small section of the placenta moving or coming away and that it is completely normal.

So I am now breathing a big sigh of relief and would like to thank all of you lovely ladies for your kind words again :hugs:. Thanks!

Rosie - if seth is getting his eye teeth - they really can be a pain (in the gums I guess!). With both mine the only ones that have caused much trouble have been the 2 year old moulers (can't think how you spell that so hope you get my phonetics) and the top eye teeth. It was great to hear from your dh - he must be a really involved dad - and great he could get up to seth. My dh is great but getting up at night is surely not his thing!!

Elmofan Welcome - when are you due? Hope to catch more with you soon.

Melaniec You think it might a girl (girls are great I have two). Working on that theory I'm having another girl as well. At 8.4weeks the heartbeat was 167bpm. Another girl would be lovely - but still don't mind either way.

MissusS What time did you get to bed? I managed to wait until 9.00pm and sleep thru until 4.40am. Then just dozed until my 18 month old woke me up sining in her cot:).

Found out the following week that she was - wasn't surprised at all!

Hey ladies and fella hehe.

Well I hate to rain on the boy girl parade but when I was in labour ward with DS the midwfe took the heartbeat and said it was fast and She bet me a freddo frog I was having a girl  Was she wrong. I thought I was havin a boy and was right. She never did give me my freddo. Thats the thing though if bubba has just been moving it will be higher neway.

rnj- I think its different with all kids some kids can handle it. My DS2 is pushing his top 2 u can see em there almost all the way out, and hes just been eating a lil less. DS1 had more trouble once they had broken and where growing out further. As a rule though I think the molars are the worst. All I can say is don't be afraid of a lil childrens nurofen. Why make em suffer when theres nurofen and bonjella.

GOOOO HOLDEN. Just thought i would get in on the fun.

Just found this - if it helps to put it into perspective.....

"The average fetal heart beat is 140 beats per minute. If the heart beat is consistently higher than that, there is a 5% increased chance that the baby is a girl; consistently lower than that, 5% increased chance that it is a boy. So, there is some truth to this, but not enough to tell you for sure if you are having a boy or a girl."

So it is definitely an old wives tale...and Bex proved that :D but I guess it could work for some and not for others!!

Hmm - well I'm willing to bet you all a freddo I'm having another girl!! Don't know how I'd get em to you if I'm wrong. I know I posted a few weeks ago and said I was sure I was having a boy - but surely a pregnant lady can change her mind:laughing:. (I'll probably change again once or twice before the 19 weeks scan).

I've also heard about the heartbeat thing. Though I'd read the average as 150 but I can't find out anywhere when they're actually measuring it.
The Bean had 119bpm at 6 weeks then 163bpm at 12 weeks.
Does it change much after the 12 week scan?
Everyone thinks it's going to be a girl.

And the old wives' tale about craving sweet things means it's a girl and savoury a boy...I'm in trouble then as some days I'll crave salty chips and then straight after I'll want chocolate...WT?

Hmm, I can't remember what my little man's heart rate was. I do know that at my last scan, the heart rate was 171bpm. Apparently at around eight weeks the heart rate is as fast as it will ever get, then it slowly comes back down again. (I read that somewhere, just can't remember where).

And Bissym, I'm not really craving anything at the moment. Most of the time I don't feel like much at all, which is not like me. Last time I was pregnant though, I had constant cravings for naan bread and cheesecake.

NZMel, I usually don't mind a bit of sport, but I'd forgotten that the World Cup was even on last night. Thanks for reminding me!!

My cravings have been all over the place as well . I crave potato chips (only the plain ones) I think because of the MS - they're nice and plain and have carbos to get me through.

But most of the time I crave lollies, especially fruit pastilles - YUM! And Frosty Fruits! I hear they're a pregnancy favourite hehe.:D

I don't mind either way for a girl or boy because in the end I want both anyway... feels like a boy but then again - you guys said you had feelings that were wrong too. Oh well I guess it really will be a big surprise

Hope everyones day goes well. I'm just hoping to keep my breakfast down at this stage...

welcome :hugs:

Sorry I've been AWOL again. Just feeling a bit meh at the moment. I'm back on MS pills again because I couldn't handle the vomiting.

My silly DP left his work shirt lying on the bathroom floor...and its covered in mould :barf:
At $80 a shirt, I was freaking out about replacing it but I just exit moulded it and it seems to have worked OK. I was very careful to avoid the logo though. His work are uniform nazis!

Is the heartbeat printed on the scan picture? because I can't remember what peanuts was and I really want to test the old gender theories

NZmel - thanks for the stats. Part of me would love a girl, the other part is saying as long as its healthy it doesnt matter.

SSU - Us pregnant woman can ofcoure change our minds as many times as we want. hehe expecially to confuse men! (sorry xistenze :P)

Bissym - i heard that too about savoury and sweet, its weired but i never wanted to touch choc at all when preg with seth. omg lol and now im in love with it. but also have chippies too.

Waves to KDK

Melaniec - hmmm lollies haha im a big kid too

Cheezelkat - im not sure about any one elses but i looked back at Seths old ones and i found it. :D its a great keep sake none the less. i hope it stays in good nick!

Well i feel like the worlds worst parent at the moment. I dont want to rock seth to sleep anymore!!! So we used a bit of controlled crying and goodness me it worked. It nearly killed us both but it worked. We would settle him once he got crying crying but other then that he went to sleep. Never wanted to use it but i think we needed to introduce it now because dh is going back to work and i cant keep rocking him as my stomach is only going to get bigger.

PLEASE anyone, tips for me. NATURAL remadies because panadol and panadine arent helping. anything for headaches. ive tried massage on the temples, trying some lavender (leaves) not oils seeing if that helps.

Waves to everyone hope your feeling well.

BG - I can't believe work did that to you. These new job laws suck and help no one but the government stuff them all! surely thats grounds for descrimination.

MissusS - I hope one day i have a little girl to dress up. Hopefully DD enjoys dressing up and would rather play in your shoes, makeup etc rather then playing with cars LOL

Sparklymum - i can't believe they said that to you! I am hoping to have my scan at 18 weeks if they will let me, i am so excited and impaitent. I don't think you have written anything awful at all, i am still shocked that they said that to you

NZMEL - Don't worry to much about eating junk food i have pretty much lived off it Maccas, hot chips with gravy, its bad but its all i can eat at the moment. I am trying different things now some are great and stay in the belly others not so good.

Angroc - I am so happy everything is ok with bubs

Xistenze - Welcome, we all love our Rosie

SSU - I love kids movies as well, i own heaps of them and madagascar is one of my faves

Elmofan - Welcome, no need to be shy we are all friendly

Melaniec - Becareful what you say on this thread, i fond that every time i said something about MS easying up it would come back at full force LOL.

rnjboyce - That is so cute that seth likes to wake in his pram. Sorry to hear your headaches are giving you grief

Bissym - Have you tried any wives tales or looked at the chinese lunar charts? My 2 girlfriends did with both there pregnancys and the chart was right.

Monkey&Mum
07-10-2007, 06:25 PM
umm not sure how early yuu can hear it....i heard mine at about 12 weeks the first time. =]

a pinanze has the same purpose as a doppler, just isnt electrical or radiation and all that stuff. its like a trumpet sort of thing, && i dont think yuu can hear the heart beat, like...some one else would hav to coz yuu put it on yuur belly and listen with yuur ear on it. its not long enuf to reach yuur own ear :p

r yuu 19?

No - I didn't have any problems getting mine, I think some doctors see it as "unnecessary" the younger you are, as the risk is higher for older woman...that's what I heard anyway - are you having problems??

 this is my post in another thread to lazy to re type it all

this is how our conversation (myself and dr ) went at my 12 week check up last week

Me : I was reading over the info the hospital sent me and Im really intrested in getting a n.t scan

Dr : with a look sorta like this on her face  well hm before or if I ref you I want to know if it comes back bad would you still keep the baby

Me : (with a face like you actually asked this )Of course I would I just feel as thought this would give me extra time to prepare read up etc

Dr : well if thats how you feel Im not ref you for the scan we only ref people if they would termanite the pregnancy if the results came back bad

me like this  dp like this :banghead: cause he knows dont tell me no I stood up and walked out while doing so I said thats fine Ill be getting a 2nd opion from Dr A***** the other female dr I see there

Elmofan....   your dr said that  omg! i would definatly go to another dr... they legally cant refuse you!!

im not getting the 12 week scan, but my dr asked if i wanted a referal or not....

Elmofan
07-10-2007, 08:35 PM
she said that the scan must be done before 13 weeks which only gives me untill about wednesday but she also said that Id have to get a blood terst two days before the scan

NZMEL
07-10-2007, 09:20 PM
Elmofan - I wasn't expecting that reply...that is terrible!!!

I have the NT brochure in front of me from queensland X-ray, it says..."after 11 weeks but before 14 weeks" - so you still have time if you can manage to book in somewhere...

and referring to blood tests "they should be performed even earlier, no earlier than 10 weeks if possible" - as long as you do them "now" that will give time for the results to come through to be analyzed with the scan.

As far as I see, you should be fine as long as you can get an appointment before you turn 14 weeks :D ...you just need your referral now!

sparkleymum
07-10-2007, 10:00 PM
UNBELIEVEABLE that you would be refused a referral for a NT scan. Isn't it your right as a woman to have all the information you need and to know the condition of your baby when the technology is readily available for that to happen. I cannot believe that.
I booked myself in for the scan. I phoned the centre and told them I want to book in for the nucal scan. They gave me a date and I saw my obstetritian a few weeks later and told her I had booked my NT scan and she filled out a referral form for me to bring with me on the day. There was no questions or issues.

Poor Rosie with teething bubs. I think I was very very lucky, Aimee was teething and I didn't realise until I saw the teeth. She got her 2 year molars when she was about 22 months and I didn't realise she was getting them until she laughed and opened her mouth and I saw them sticking up through the gum.

My bubs heart rate was 164 at 13 weeks but I still think its a boy. I am so totally and utterly convienced. I would like a girl cause I think it would be lovely for Aimee to have a sister, but a boy would be nice too. I bet its a boy.

My 19 week scan is 5th Nov, I think that will come in no time as it feels like time is flying by.

We had friends over all day today with their 3 children so I am totally exhausted and going to bed now. Night night girls.
