Hi All,

I have 3 greenkids anytimes I would like to swap, Electric Blue, Rose and Periwinkle. The Periwinkle is almost new, the other 2 about 5 months old. They have Hemp hourglass inserts. All in good condition, they dont work all that well on DS now, he is getting big and is heading towards toilet training.

I also have 2 Nappylicious nappies to swap, one is purple with a tinkerbell pattern and the other pink with ballerinas. These are snap nappies, thats why I want to swap them.

I would like pockets and AIO/ AI2, One size or Mediums. Has to be Valcro too, we are hopeless at snaps!

Lets swap!!

Cheers Kez

Is that a honeyboy? Whats the inner? Do you have a pic? Sounds good...

Gretel, really after nappies for Lucy, Kyle is :fingerscrossed: TT 'ing very soon! Sorry babe! I am not convinced on the GKs for a newborn, are they working well for Gab? Do you stuff with the hourglass for him? Perhaps I need to try them again on Lucy...

No worries! The boys are on their 3rd Nappy Free day today!:smiliedance: Tomorrow will be their first day at kindy without nappies... so we'll see how they go! :fingerscrossed: For Kyle!!

I'm really liking the GKs on Gabby. I didn't find them that effective with only the hourglass insert though.. He's a heavy duty wee-er, so I've been boosting with a microfibre on top of the hemp. Still a trim fit, but much more absorbant.. I think the trick with Gabs was to make sure the insert (whatever I'm using) touches the sides of the pocket... so it's fully covered in the wet zone and leg area. Maybe try them again  See if you can put more boosting in the middle for Lucy. Do you have any Blueberries? Their insert would work well, as you could have 3 layers of microfibre in the wet zone for her. :D

I just got 4 Blueberries gretel, 2 minkee and 2 PUL. I like them so far! I have not used thier inserts, still washing them. The fit is good. the laundry tabs come undone in the wash, but other than that they are good. Love the pink and purple dots!

I will probably keep the GKs then and try again with Lucy. How do you fold the front down???

I don't think you can fold down the front of GK's. You could fold it down inside the nappy, that might make it a bit smaller.

On the GK web page it shows how to fold down the nappy for a newborn.
