My partner and i have been seperated for about 6 months, we split due to his drug problems and he was a compulsive liar, well in the last 3 months we had been trying to work things out it had been going really well until a few weeks ago, he has also been telling me lies not big ones but it is the principle then today I caught him on the phone talking to a guy called Laurie this guy used to work for my parents until they found out he was running a business from our premises after hours, stealing from us and taking our clients , then i also found out my partner is going to work on his car tomorrow and he says i have no right to be ****ed off, and that he can talk to who he wants and that Laurie did not stela from him so why should he care, my parents have helped him out finaancially and gave him a job when no one else would as he is a mechanic and had no licence, do you think I have a right to be upset???
Thanks for reading I know it was a long one but i feel better getting it off my chest.

Absolutely you have a right to be upset. Out of respect for your parents he should stay away from this guy, seeing as they gave him a chance and helped him out with a job. I'd feel disloyal if I did that. And then that he is going to help the guy,:eek: I'm sorry to hear that things are not great between you two, but things can only get better.

I'd be pretty upset too.. I agree with Jude about the lies too, doesn't matter how small it's still dishonesty.

thanks for the support guys, i thought I had a right to be upset but you know how guys are they are great at making you think you are being an irrational phycho. thanks again everyone
