Hi,

I'm new here, just joined up a few moments ago and thought I'd say hi to everyone.

My little man's coming upto one year now. We're out in South West Sydney at Ingleburn.

Addictive can be good, I'm off work at the moment with not much to do around the house when the little one is asleep.

I used to live across the river from the shire at Oatley before we bought out this way - it's a great area.

I'm not too far from you, I live in the Holsworthy region, and also from the shire too.

Enjoy your time on Bub Hub, it is very addictive, but good reading (I don't post much!)

Is our area just the best area in Sydney or what? (Well if you remove Macquarie Fields & Minto) It's got that country town feel but has all the amenities required.

Well, i do agree with you Barry but am surprised that an ex-shirey can have this opinion! Just that my Brother in law is from the shire, has kidnapped my sister there and loathes travelling to the 'slums'...

There are some very lovely parts of the macarthur area.

I wasn't a shire'y I was across the river at Oatley (The good place, heheh).

I would love to live at Oatley again but frankly there's no way I'm paying $600,000 for a fibro derelic house that needs to be demolished. The prices out this way are more palatable.

They shirey's are just jealous we can hop on the M5 and get somewhere as opposed to them having to drive around the world ;)
