Has anyone found drinking feenel tea helpful in increasing their milk supply? How often do you need to be drinking it? Thanks :)
I drank Feugreek tea and also took fenugreek tablets. The tea tastes gross, like hot liquid curry :barf: but it works. I drank about 4 cups a day and took 4 capsules a day, 2 in the morning and 2 at night. I haven't heard of Fennel tea to increase supply though. Doesn't mean it won't work, I just haven't heard of it.

If I drink approx 6 or more cups of Fennel tea it definately helps my milk production.;)
Hello, Breastfeeding teas that contain fennel and/or fenugreek are quite popular for breastfeeding mothers in Germany where I come from. Light unsweetened fennel tea is also given to older babies / toddlers as a drink. It's very mild and safe and also helps with tummy pain (even I drink it when I've got some tummy problems).
I am currently breastfeeding my 3mts old daughter and I drink a pot of fennel tea every day. It's not everybody's taste but I quite like it. Also, if I need a bit of a "milk supply boost" I take the nature's own fenugreek tablets (2 tablets 3 times a day). But keep in mind this takes approx 1 to 2 days for it to work.Cheers
