I've been thinking of signing up jnr in the hope of a little extra cash. I spoke to an agency and she said to come in for an interview - it will take about 15 mins - to determine if she is suitable.
Just wondering what happens at the interviews.

It depends on the agency.
We went to an interview and the person interviewing us wanted to hold DS to see if he was comfortable with strangers, And play with him to see if he reacts to people he doesn't no.
They say that they base their selection on personality (Although looks have to have something to do with it).
It depends on the age of the child as well. When they are older, they like to see how they interact with other kids too, as I guess a lot of 'jobs' would involve other children. I don't think many people get told "no", agencies like to have lots of 'talent' on their books, and lets face it, you are paying their fee when you sign up.
I recommend having some questions for them, like how many children are on the books already, how much it costs to update the photos (as children change quickly) etc. Good luck with it all.

Thanks guys. Well my 2 yr old is going through an "i'm scared of people" stage.. ha ha so I may wait awhile. She's ok after a little while but isn't very interactive to start with.
