Yes there is such a thing as an AP friendly workplace. I work (mostly voluntary) in the Indigenous community at a community centre out bush. at my work, I can BF on demand. That's considered to be the only proper way to feed a bubba, BF on demand. If that's happening during a meeting that's fine.
Bubs can be on my lap (or on one of her Poppa's laps) as much as she wants to be. It would be seen as wrong of me to want to treat her any other way than to be close.
Bubs is spoken to like she is a person with her own feelings, needs and ideas about the world. she is also listened to. time and space is made within discussions if it needs to be.
just thought some of the AP people out there might find that interesting. I'm also curious whether anyone else has an AP friendly workplace?
