Hi Andie

My husband and I are considering to roll our home loan, personal loan, and credit card into one loan. Is there any way we can do that and at the same time to borrow some amount to invest in the share market and to buy a car? What kind of loan that would work best for us?

Thank you and looking forward to hear your answer.

Hi Anggy

If you have enough equity in your home (value) then you could look at first of all having one loan which would be considered regulated (owner occuppied) then a second loan can be set up beside the first loan however it would be classed as unregulated (investment purpose).

There are several loans on the market at present, normal variable loans, fixed loans, lines of credit etc. Depending on the type of investment you require will help determine the type of loan that would suit your needs.

If you would like to have a chat re your personal situation please feel free to PM me and I can have a chat about your options.

Thanks for your post.
