Well #26 was certainly a close Bake-Off. That was one delicious looking slice you made trinitylee as was all the other entries. Well done ladies!!
Kel has kindly passed on #27 so I'm trying to think of a good theme.

Let's keep to the spring fruits theme then and since summer fruits are starting to come into season we'll make it


Pineapple & Passionfruit.

You can use just one or both in a dish, baked or not. Post a photo of your entry here by next Tuesday 2nd October closing at around 9am.
Looking forward to seeing what everyone comes up with. These two fruits remind me so much of summer!!!

Great choice - I have both in my fruit bowl!

I don't have any in my fruit bowl, but I did get some when we went shopping!

I will try a whip something up today :chef:

Great entries ladies! We've been stuck in our garden all weekend and I havent had time to make anything at all. Anyone else lurking about that is still yet to enter??
Will close off tomorrow morning if anyone else wants to post their entry today.

I'll try. I LOVE pineapple and passionfruit but I'm on a bit of a diet at the moment (that means I'm easily arm-twistable :laughing: )

OK........here's my pineapple fritters with vanilla icecream. Or perhaps I should call them pineapple ****ters (http://i123.photobucket.com/albums/o307/littlewattle/IMG_3715.jpg) as they look absolutely disgusting. :laughing:

ah well, they tasted ok actually.

If I get any votes for these I'll probably fall off my chair.

I only made the cheesecake as that was the easies thing to make :o
