Hi guys
With the weather getting a tad nicer for walking with prams etc.. I am going to start going for walks along the bike track thingy, with Ebony in the pram. I will probably start at around 11am Tuesdays.
Would anyone like to join me in getting fitter for summer:)

I work Tuesdays, but could meet up for a cuppa in Salamanca at lunch time. :)
Where is everyone walking? Sounds good - Chelsea's at school Tuesdays so I'd have 3 kids. I don't have anyone that will walk with me around my area so during the day would be good.
:D i would love to but it's a long walk from Launnie!

I would love too!!!!
I am in desperate need of some exercise, I am getting fat HEHE
I also work on Tuesdays but can be flexible with my lunches most days so count me in.
Edison will be in care so I will be childless. Maybe I could steal one of those beautiful new babies and get in some practice.

So, when are we starting? :) I'll aim to be there if I can! I usually have lunch at 12... Because I have to work around my colleages! :p
I have to be back home at 2:30pm to pick up Chelsea from school - otherwise I'm free from whenever I get my lazy butt out the door in the morning! :D

Oh also, for the next few weeks DH has been transfered so waiting on what day he has off now.. get back to you soon.
Oh hun - you'd KNOW if it were gall stones :gloomy: .
Have you been referred for an ultrasound anyway?
Hokey Pokey
05-10-2007, 16:13
No, I havn't seen the dr, I slept in that morning as it was Justin's RDO.
Just from what friends and family are saying it feels like gall stones they reckon.
I have been in ALOT of pain, it is hard to explain... but sort of thought I was having a heart attack... anyways yeah, hopeing it never comes back again lasted a week or so.
A Party of Five
06-10-2007, 07:31
Well I think you should still go and see your doctor just to be on the safe side
And keep the roll on deodorant out of your eyes
Angela :p
Have you been back to the Dr yet Kristy?
Yes, gall stone pain is very hard to discribe - if you have another "attack" take note of what you've eaten. Anything elevated in fat content or spicy can trigger a gall stone attack so steer clear of those types of foods until you're diagnosed - at least you might avoid further pain. Doesn't have to be high fat foods - I ate a toasted sandwich with 2 small slices of cheese in it and it was enough to set me off :(.
BTW - gall stones are most common after a 2nd pregnancy but also common after pregnancy in women our age.
Sure hope it's not it though and I hope you're feeling better soon :hugs:.
xoxo

Yeah that is when the pain would peak, of an evening after dinner.
Havn't had the pains again so fingers crossed it never comes back.

Is there anyone from the Burnie or NW coast area that would like to go pram walking? I find it hard to get out of the house these days, Noah's only 6 weeks old, still getting used to everything there is to being a mummy.
