Postcode Restrictions

Just wondering if you can let me know about postcode restrictions and no deposit homeloans. Is there somewhere on the net I can view them. We are looking at postcode 4310. Thanks in advance

Hi Rosa

With No Deposit Home Loans there are some restrictions and generally postcodes outside of a metro area are not applicable under the No Deposit Criteria with the Mortgage Insurers.

I have checked 4310 and the highest I can get is between 5-10% deposit up to a purchase price maximum of $300000. There are two main insurers in Australia and I have checked both for you.
