I made this one a while ago thanks to google its quick and easy (i like quick and easy lol)
It was quiet nice too and not overly rich either which was great
Ingredients (serves 8)
250g good-quality dark chocolate,
broken into pieces
1 x 600ml ctn Dairy Farmers Thick Custard
1 x 300ml ctn Dairy Farmers Thickened Cream
White chocolate, thickly grated, to serveMethod
Place the chocolate and custard in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water (make sure the bowl doesn't touch the water). Use a metal spoon to stir until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth. Set aside for 15 minutes to cool.
Use an electric beater to whisk the cream in a bowl until soft peaks form. Add to the chocolate mixture and gently fold until just combined. Spoon evenly among eight 200ml-capacity serving glasses. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for 1 hour or until set. Sprinkle with grated white chocolate to serve.
The recipe I use serves 4...
125gm dark chocolate (although I use milk choc because I don't like dark)
4 eggs
1 cup cream
Separate eggs, Break choc up and melt. Cool choc, belnd in egg yolks one at a time. Beat until smooth. Fold in whipped cream. Fold in firm egg whites. Refrigerate until firm.
It's really yummy and really easy, and I also quite often fold some of the mini marshmallows through it too.

This is the same as my recipe too.. Makes the best choccy mousse! I use milk choc too...
I would add you have to beat the egg whites till forming stiff peaks and really firm, like you can tip the bowl upside down and it doesnt fall out. Same as the cream..
Good luck!
