Weird?!?!

I was on the Blueberry site, and thought i might order two minky training pants for Jadah.

I put them in my cart and then proceeded to the checkout and then to the next page to put my details in as i havn't saved them.

Anyway, it went through to the next page which was the PayPal one and then i thought i might go back and get something else (as the sale ends today) so i pressed the back button and it went back to the Blueberry site and a 'pop up' said there were no items in my cart.

No problem, i then checked my email cos a new email had come in and it was an ORDER IVOICE thing! I hadn't put my details in or pressed the proceed button! How was that possible??

Anyway i sent a quick msg off to them to cancel that order. That freaked me out!

Has that happended to anyone?

I have noticed that it keeps your details unless you log out, even if you dont register, your cart stays open when you close the screenpage and open it agin. I think itr is weird too! I registered in the end and now always log out. Too freaky to think your address may sit open in the system or something.

This happened to me too - I just emailed them and explained the issue and asked them to sort it (in case I was charged!!). It was all fine in the end.

They sent an email back last night, and it's all sorted out. :)
