How long was your cycle on clomid?

Just wondering how long your cycle was whilst taking clomid.I have been lucky enough in the past to fall pregnant on my 2nd cycle and then next time on my first cycle, but now am currently on my 2nd cycle TTC #3. This time round first cycle was about 30 days, the next month I was advised not to get pregnant that month due to strong medication I was taking, so we skipped it that month and now we're back to it and I'm at CD32. I've had BFN @ CD 29, but am just wondering how long other people's cycles were with clomid. I'm wondering if I am pregnant, but don't want to let myself think that coz I'll be even more disappointed if AF arrives. Anyway guess I'll just have to wait and see.TIA.

cant help you as i've never been on it, sorry.
but i may be soon,just wondering what it's like and how the side effects are for you??
very apprehensive as i hate taking meds.
i'm more into natural methods, however whatever i takes!

I have only used Clomid once, I have PCOS which is why I needed it. My cycle would have been a perfect 28 days. But I didnt get to finish the cycle as I got my BFP on that very first cycle! Unfortunately we lost that baby 8 weeks into the pregnancy :crying: I was all prepared to try Clomid again but we were lucky enough to fall pregnant naturally while waiting for AF to show up after m/c. :)

I cant help sorry im on my 1st cycle atm and im on cd 26 and im pretty sure i O'ed on cd 13-cd15 im not 100% sure on witch day

Tracey - I would say that the side effects for myself taking clomid are very minimal. The major one would have to be moodiness, but even that would not be that much. Then again maybe you should ask my DH that (lol). Although I did have one day when I just couldn't get out of my depressed mood. I really feel as though I could be pregnant this month. I've had heavy (.Y.), feel really bloated , constipation (TMI) and I don't know I just think I am but I got another BFN today on CD33, so that kinda brings me down and makes me feel like I'm imagining it. In front of the mirror looking at my tummy last night my Dh reckons I look 3 months pregnant. Maybe we both want too much to believe it's worked. Anyway won't know for sure till AF arrives.Thanks all for replying.
