Once you detect a positve on OPK (and chart it on FF), Do you use OPK again the next day or stop?
I read that once you detect a pos, there is no need to test again.
The reason im asking is that i got a REALLY strong positve on day 16 and if i only record that on FF, it says I O'ed day 16.
However because I continued to use OPK and got another positive cd17, it is saying I o'ed cd 19 (friday).
I think i o'ed cd 16 at night cause i had the pains...
So confused!!!
