What would you do if you purchased a nappy(from a wahm) and were unhappy with it's performance? Provided you had washed it correctly and it fit bub well.

If my issue was a real, valid one, I would ask to send it back and request a refund.

Um, thats assuming it leaked or fell apart or something? Not if you just don't really like it.

Whats the problem with it?

No, I LOVE it! I want it to be a good nappy!! The problem is, the first time i used it it wicked quite badly around the legs after only about 1.5hrs. When I pulled the inserts out they were only a little wet, I'd say only one wee worth.

I would be contacting the WAHM & explaining to them your concerns etc.

They always appreciate the feedback for starters as it makes sure they keep their customers happy but also makes sure their product is up to scratch.

If its then a problem that cant be solved then im sure something can be worked out in regards to a refund or the likes !

Yeah, I would be contact the WAHM to ask for advice first. If its a pocket, my first tip would be to make sure the booster is spread all the way across the crotch area.. i.e touching both sides.

I'd start by contactng the WAHM and asking for advice. I don't think you could expect a refund unless there is a problem with the work (sewing, elastic etc). Some ppl love nappies that others have had nothing but problems with so I might not be that there is a prob, rather it doesn't suit your child?

I agree with Stellaj, as what works really well for one baby can not work well for another, no fault of the nappy, iykwim?

But definitely let her know, and see what she says

Definately contact the seller.

I had one that i purchased, and it was beautiful, well made, but leaked each time i used it. I figured it was my heavy wetter son & fleece that just wasn't working. I contacted her to let her know that i loved it but had to use it as a fitted rather than an AIO - as the fleece didn't seem to work for us. She suggested using a microfibre booster and sent me one she made free of charge, as she wanted a happy customer. Now it works beautifully, and both of us are happy.

I'd try washing it a few more times, and adding a booster, or contacting the WAHM and see what she suggests :)
