Famous Illawarra Icons??

Im trying to help DH with a presentation he is doing on The Illawarra. Which should be easy except Ive got a bad dose of hayfever and DH has only been living in the Illawarra for about 5 years. So I am after some help. I need a list of things or people that started in the Illawarra and became famous enough that people who dont know the area would know who they were.
Heres what I have so far

Streets Ice Cream
ACDC’s first gig was played in Corrimal
Aunty Jack
Natalie Bassingthwaite
Brett and Shane Lee
Iron Man Jonathon Crowe
Mick Lowe- Surfer
Scotty Chipperfield- Soccer player
Luke Wilkshire – Played in Soccer World Cup currently playing for Bristol City
