Just to let any interested people know that QFG have changed their receipent age from 55 to 50, so as I turn 50 next month, I have been wiped off their waiting list. After waiting 2 years, I now have no backup to fall on. I feel my age and my single status is putting people off donating to me. I understand that people want to donate to a couple and a younger age, and I respect their wishes, but it is still hard to take the knockbacks. Women a lot older than me have made the headlines ( personally I do not agree with women in their 60's as I feel this is unfair on the child), but I am a young 50 and have a lot of love to give, and still the same wishes as younger people.

:wave: Sorry to hear you have been taken off the list I understand from your other thread that you need an embryo donation would you mind explaining what that is ?
Also I think its great that you have actually told us your age I notice alot of other people wanting donors do give a background but dont state their age :thumbsup:
