Oh no! I have the same problem! My last attempt at a chocolate free life was only 2 days long! Especially because I am home on my own all day with bubs unsupervised!
Maybe we should form a no-chocolate support group!!

Oh yes, I'm in the same boat! I even banned it from the house, then went grocery shopping and brought a bag of Aero bars, bag of Violet Crumbles, 3 bags of little Easter Eggs (lol) and Dove choccy bar!! OMG! Can you believe it?! Then during the day, NO ONE knows I'm sneaking these, until hubby goes for a choccy and finds there isn't any! LOL! :o Then I have to explain myself.........!

I too am a fellow chocolate addict. I eat a small amount every day and have done so for as long as I can remember. But I don't want to give it up...ever!!:D

I love chocolate too, but I try not to eat it every day. Hubby has told me no more chocolate in the fridge, so I have found that if there is no chocolate I don't eat it, pretty simple.
I do love those cardbury eggs with the yoke in the middle, yummy yummy!! I could eat one every day.
I'm addicted to chocolate too, though I have managed to cut down heaps...it's very hard though!

Hi! I've found since having my son and breastfeeding, I can't drink coffee, even decaf, as he is too sensitive to the caffine - same with dark chocolate (my fave!) but a little chocolate pick me up gets me through the afternoon.
A little is ok - try fun size milky ways for only 2g of fat or one boxed chocolate.
But if you want to give it up, try weening yourself off it if cold turkey seems impossible. have a chocolate skinny shake, low fat choc muffin, hot chocolate or choc chip muslei bar.
if you are going cold turkey, replace the chocolate with something else eg. carrot sticks or jam on rye toast. you will find eventually that you feel like eating carrots not chocolate!
Best of luck, but remember, everything in moderation allows for a balanced healthy diet and body image!:p
Oh yes, thanks for all of the tips and stories ladies! I know, moderation is the key! :D
