i am sorry you aren't feeling great right now.
i ony realised i had PND after i had 'come out of it". i stil suffer anxiety now but after a discussion with my GP we both agree i had mild PND. I wish i had of known and got some help at the time. If i get it again i will hopefully realise before i sink too deep.
I hope you talk to somebody about your feelings, there is so much help out there for pND you don't necessarlily need drugs or even counselling, sometimes just taking it hrough with your GP and loved ones is all you need to rise above it.
I knew by the time bub was 10weeks... i got checked at 12 weeks and got told i was just tired
I suffered, and struggled alone - and finally got diognosed when bub was 18months old...

It took 5 years to work out that i had it but thankfully i had an awesme gp and very supportive friend who helped get me through it. I still have shocking panic attacks but i am better overall since knowing what was wrong with me
Have a chat to your gp let them know how you are feeling
Hope you feel better soon

hi, i'm sorry that things aren't going to good for you. I wasn't feeling right from the minute my first bub was born, i just didn't know why, or what was wrong with me. I felt overwhelmed with everyday tasks, i felt numb, and i didn't really have the maternal feelings that were "meant " to come when a baby is born.Just having a bit of a chat with maybe your gp, or community midwife might be able to point you in the right direction. If there's anything you would like to talk about, feel free to pm me, cause sometimes just letting it all out can really help, knowing that someone else is there to listen.Hope you are doing ok
