MCN and rashes?

I'm wondering if anybody has had a problem with rashes with MCN.
Thinking about making my own, made me realise that the nappy liner ie fleece is synthetic, wont this give bubs a rash?

some babies react to synthetic fabrics, especially fleece, which is why I prefer sherpa lining, you can also use flannelette (like honeyboys have), or bamboo velour, or cotton velour, anything you want really. The microfleece tends to keep thier skin drier, but suedecloth does that too, and don't seem too be as irritating.
