OPK question

This question probably has been asked 100 times, but is it possible to have a OPK positive 2 days in a row or after O?

I had Positive yesterday, then felt period pain and cramping last night (so i assumed i was O'ing). Anyway today i did another OPK and was positive again...

Hey Singa - I usually always get 2 positives with OPK's...I think it has something to do with LH surging...this happens over a couple of days...and O pain is the egg getting bigger and bigger then POPPING out..this happens at the end of LH surge!!!! (so can take a day or so)...this is what my FS has told me anyways...others may have different experiences....:yes:

Today i am so confused cause my gyno said to bd after i detect a LH surge, but i was reading on the net and it says you are more fertile in the days leading up to O and that the egg might only last 12 hours.

We bd yesterday morning but i felt like it all came out (sorry TMI).
I think I O'ed last night (had that pain) then bd this morning, but i think it may have been too late! I hope i didnt miss the egg...

hey Singa....try not to stress too much about not BDing enough..(sorry I hate it when others say that to me BUT ..) it sounds like you BD'd at the right times and if any comes out my FS says this is the bad sperms and extra gunk as the good ones SHOULD get straight into swimming in and up!!:yes:
AND LH cause "O" and when detected (surge of LH) "o" may happen 36 hours later...
Anyway, I think you did the right thing with Bding...there is only so much we can do hey??

I think that we will bd a couple more days then give it a break. And yeah I should try not to think about it too much. I want to try and keep my mind busy over the next two weeks and stop think about 'did they reach the egg?!'

It is normal to get an OPK+ for 2 days, I only had one day of it last cycle and I thought that maybe I didn't really O but apparently that is normal as well.

As for the stuff coming out, I get that too!!! And it happened when we were TTC Mason so obviously the swimmers still make it up there :laughing:
