We tend to get many links to other websites, videos and photos in this particular area of the hub. Sometimes these links might be edited or removed by moderators and I thought it would be good to provide some guidelines of what the moderators consider acceptable and what will be edited. We, as moderators, have a view about what can be posted and so share this information with you in order to assist you in your contributions to the circumcision area of the forum. I believe that circumcision is a very important parental issue.
The bubhub has a User Agreement, the important extract that forms the basis of these guidelines is:
.
..you will not post any messages that are obscene, vulgar ... or otherwise violative of any laws.
We do not want to have direct links to extremely graphic videos or images posted on the hub.
To this end, we will not allow direct links to videos relating to circumcisions. You can post a link to a website where a video may be found and let people know how to find it for themselves. This ensures that viewers are not subjected to the images inadvertently. Some photographs may also be considered too graphic to have a direct link provided from the hub, and should be handled in the same manner. Diagrams and illustrations are generally acceptable.
In any case, if you think that a link that you are posting might upset some viewers, it would be courteous to provide a warning in your post about the link.
If you have any questions at all, please send me a PM. I am the main moderator for this section, but if I am not online, any of the other moderators will be happy to help you out.
