Marscapone

I just misread a baby food book and mixed marscapone into little dude's mush instead of ricotta... Is marscapone okay for bubbas? The dude is 7 months... I guess it is a bit late now, but I'd like to know for the future - the dude LOVED it!

It's just a very rich cow's milk cheese, so I guess it would be OK..... the only thing I *might* be worried about would be a cow's milk allergy, it's really high in milk fat....
