My bub still has a bit to go before doubling birth weight.. Has yours doubled yet?

my bub has nearly doubled, just under 1kg to go. he was 4kg when born, so he is a chubby little fellow, but oh so cute
Jayden has more than doubled his birth weight... just over 1 kg over :eek:... talk about chubby bubby!

Today at 4 months and 1 week he is just double his birth weight. My little man has always been skinny since birth so am happy that he is finally weighing something
My little man is 13 weeks and had just under 1kg to go before he doubles hs birth weight(he was 4kg at birth).
He's chubby, but very cute, happy and healthy bub!

bubba is 4 months this week and .3 of a kilo under her birth weight! little fatty lol. but oh-so-cute!:yes:

Max is 15weeks and hasn't quite doubled his weight.
Born - 4.3kg
14 weeks - 7.8kg

lily has been packing it on the last few weeks which is a change!
birth - 3.36kg
16 weeks - 5.17kg
Sienna just turned 4mths
Birth:2.94kg
Left Hospital:2.66kg
4 Mths: 6.7kg the little tubba

Nick has :smiliedance: But as he was such a skinny bubba when he was born, it wasn't hard. He has actually almost tripled his birth weight. :eek:
Born 2.65kg
5months - 7.5kg.
DD was a much slimmer bubs - very different in comparison to my little chubby boy.

Damn. My bub has 600 grams to go. She isn't even 5kgs yet :( I am so worried, but she jsut doesn't want to feed more often.

Dont be disheartened for some of them it takes time, my 17 months old is only 7 kilos, but they all get up there inthe end
Annalise was 7lbs 8 when she was born, she's now 15lbs.
dd was 6lb 13 born and is now 18lb 9
ds was 5lb12 born and is now 18lb 1 and they are both 5months now
:yes: He was 3.3 and is now 7 kilos at 4 months:thumbsup:

Try not to worry about weight, so long as she is showing the other good signs (alert, nappies, developing etc) weight shouldn't be an issue. They are all different. My DS is 5months & the same size his sister was at 7months :eek: .
my boofa turns 5 months this Sunday. He was weighed yesterday, and tipped the scales at 9.2 kgs:eek: No wonder by the end of the day my back is killing me!!

yep Natalya has finally doubled her birth weight only took 5 months and 8 days but she has done it :smiliedance:
Birth - 2.63kg

My little man got called fat by the CHN the other day. It was a new lady and I dont think I will ever be returning to her. Now I dont think my bub is fat at all, he is a little chubby but no more than any other bub. Anyway he was weighed the other day and the scales said 7.6kg, he is just shy of 5 months. I must add that we changed to formula about 3 weeks ago and that made a hugh difference, but even when he was bf he would put on 500grams in two weeks easy. He is still wearing size 000 clothes which is his age group so I dont see a problem. It just annoys me that nurses can be so rude and judgemental about sizes. I know other bubs born the same time that are over the 10kg mark, now thats big.. :)

alexander doubled his birth weight- he was 2.9 kg at birth, hes now 6.4. Hes doing well!
